It feels like they don’t care at all if the items get damaged. This is a disrespect to the customer's time and money, as we end up having to deal with the hassle of returning broken items. My experience has been very costly, parcels arrived days late the contents were some Items NOT ordered, a couple items incomplete/part missing. Great Overcharge to my credit card and to top it off NOT one "Free Gift" !
ie: Spin the wheel Stopped on Top prize, crack the Golden Egg - Again Top prize ... When I doing my order Temu notices kept coming up .. You have won 4 FREE Items choose, you have still more Free items pick another (X amount), I suppose to have ALL THESE FREE Gifts/Items ! TEMU where are they ? I didn't receive even one & do Not even see some $150+ I have been charged looking at the "Crappy Items" items delivered " Late" 😡.
I bought from Temu couple yrs back several tops, was sent wrong sizes, never worn I gave items away. Thought I would give Temu a second chance, huh more fool me. Temu is a Shame & I am sick & tired of their constant daily messages... Still trying to Conn me further !”
“Bad experience with temu, I didn’t receive my package, I try to contact with customer service to get refund back, but they won’t refund my money, i lost couple packages in same day, i have to call my bank to get my money back. Don’t buy anything from them they don’t care u received your package or not.”
“There is all of a sudden a min spend on Temu when questioned as to why it could not be explained. Having looked into this some people have $20 some people have $30 or $50 min spend so the rules are just made up. They say to get family member to buy and make up the min spend so def a scam.”
