“I would buy a lot of items if they would only get rid of spinning wheels and games.
I usually see a lot of enticing products, but when I try to order them, Temu makes it impossible and difficult to simply place an order.
I have reported this to them, but they don't seem to care.”
“Requested cancelation of a item five minutes after I ordered it by mistake. Received email on 2/28 stating refund would be processed by 3/30. Called customer service and was asked 8 times to describe the item. Each time I gave the actual description from my order and it could not be found. Now I've been sent to the online site which can not find my previous order.
Truly aggravating!”
“Buying from Temu is like playing the slot machine. Occasionally, you get a good hit but 99% of the time, it’s just throwing money away. Cheaply made and inaccurate descriptions. Buying products at 1/2 or 1/3 typical cost that last 1/10 has long. AVOID”

“Temu, always sents emails saying that you have a reward of certain dollars but never get that. I lost my money by thinking that I will get the free gifts but never received any. Till you check out it says you have everything free but pay this much. That is cheating. If you say free give us then why is there always a catch to it. Some of the items are ok, but some look very very cheap and can't use them at all. Please improve the quality of garments you sell. Some people want to buy because they can't afford to buy outside. But sometimes your quality is very very poor please improve. Please stop sending emails every second.”
“I have resisted TEMU since t's beginning, mostly due to reviews. I finally gave in an ordered 6 items under promotion. Without exception, every item was of markedly less quality than pictured and advertised. I had heard this from others who have personally used TEMU.
