“I've made a few orders from TEMU. For the most part, I've been satisfied with the merchandise. I did have to make a couple of returns and they were promptly handled. My problem is trying to track an order which is not showing up in my account and for which I have no confirmation. Of course, my card has been charged. I've tried the only way TEMU can be contacted: the dreaded "Live" Chat!! I've explained that I don't have an order number BECAUSE they never confirmed the order. However, they keep asking for the dreaded order number. I've given them my phone no., card info, email address, amount of the charge to my card....no dice. The bigger problem is that apparently this magical CHAT is the ONLY way to contact TEMU. I can't find a telephone number on the site or an email to their support center. I've filed a dispute with my card holder. This is my first hiccup with TEMU, but it's extremely annoying to not be able to talk to somebody with a heartbeat.”
“Temu could be a decent online shopping site but it’s slogan and the way it starts of our visit to their site, makes it look like a scam site. Making us buy more to get so called big discounts. The spinning wheel always lands on the same spot. Change everything and be more like Shopee or Lazada or Amazon”

“Yes I have removed there app I have bought a lot from temu some items okay some good stuff but I ordered a storage shed and it was not good so I tried to return it and they won't print a shipping label because it says it is above their shipping rate in weight.so I would have to mail it in separately costing a lot of money.when you can't find a address or phone number for them every thing is animated or you don't have a choice to true in any thing on their chat sounds pretty bad so I won't be purchasing anything from them in the future.”
“Ordered 4 pair of Capri pants. Fabric is so thin every lump and bump of cellulite shows through. The white pair I ordered are truly see through. Not a fashion look I wanted. THEN, to return them, (4 pair at $22 CAD,) They wanted $47 CAD. They would refund my money upon receipt of product and inspection for damage, or I could have a credit on my TEMU account. No thanks. I put them in the thrift bin. First and last order ever.”
“For the most part, I've had great experiences with the products I've ordered from temu. I hate the way the company pretends to give you free items after you've placed orders with them. The spin wheel deal, is false. Pick your free items and invite friends to receive those items is false also. Very disappointing for a loyal customer.”

Then add 7 plus more days to receive my item. Also my last three orders the quality of most of the items was awful. Damaged and used products. I am so disappointed in this company.”

“Temu's business model appears to be weak. It is nothing but AliExpress with a bit faster delivery. The return process is good. Some of the vendors on the site appears to be con artists to say the lease. The pretty advertising images are totally gimmicks which you find out only when you receive the goods. Especially clothing. What you see is pretty images of 'tissue' paper. Granted they are returnable, but why go through that trouble and disappointment? The delivery to Canada is bad. All the items are packed to a plastic bag and virtually 'balled-up'. The manufacturer boxes gets crushed. This happens with Amazon when the vendor is from China. I detest buying from China as most of them have a different sense of reality. (sidewalk vendors and con artists)”

“It starts out that you have to buy $20 worth of goods to get free shipping, then it becomes $40, then . . .
As for the quality of the goods: so far it seems about 3/4 are okay and 1/4 are crappy.
On the positive side, I have found that eBay deliveries are now a little bit quicker: competition is good 😂”
