“Most of the reviews i read talk about quality of product and generally that is not the problem.
The special offers for free gifts or discounts is a FRAUD. You almost never can meet their specifications, and if you complain you get a form letter back. I have even asked to clarify how to get an offer, followed their instructions and they still don't work. DON'T make purchases to earn the gifts. They are not real.
It is sad, because the products I have received are often identical to Amazon and can be cheaper. Check first. Not always.
But if you have a problem, the response is a form letter I don't think anyone with a working amount of English reads them. I have made over 50 orders but i am angry about feeling cheated snd i am done.

“You gave me £90 credit if I bought £20.00 worth of products, I checked out £20.00 worth then you stated only £5.98 away to get credit and when I checked out £5.98 it showed again another £20.00 away to get credit. Deceiving people to profit, never again will I be caught with your promises.”

Both parcels from Shein has arrived in my country 3 days later.
All 3 parcels from Temu has a "delayed" status on it (still not delivered as I'm writing this).
Cannot comment on Temu's product quality yet, as I haven't received it.
Sorry SHEIN, but Temu kicks your butt in terms of variety. I won't consider them cheaper than Shein, as Temu's higher priced items come with fewer discounts.”

“I have ordered a few times, no problems with delivery. Since the prices are so low for many items I don't expect great quality. The problem I do have is your "bait and lure" practices. If you want to give existing customers a free item great. Let us pick 1 item, send it and let's all move on. Don't bait me,with lures of free items then make it impossible to obtain. You're not the only cheap site. I'll end up buying it elsewhere. Keep your returning customers happy.”
