“I order a 3 into 1 Sofia day bed they shipped it out and by October to November 1st I will get my order the whole weekend I waited no order so I looked at the tracking from UPS and call the customer service from temu no answer so Monday I call UPS first and they have order but can't delivered I asked why they said it was put on hold by temu I then call temu customer service they told me nothing is put on hold by them so I don't know who's playing games with me but my patients ran short and I demand a full refund and will never order from this company again”

Their customer service never reads the prior notes, so you have to repeat it over and over AND OVER again. After placing several orders with them, I'm not going to anymore. At least with Amazon, yes you pay more, but they stand by their refund policy. Temu is a terrible com0any to deal with.”
“I have purchased many craft, jewelery making supplies from Temu. The sellers I've purchased from also seem to have Amazon selling accounts. The prices through Temu are usually 1/3 to 1/2 lower than Amazon. Same brands, same items. The shipping has been fast. I usually receive items in 10 days. Temu by far has the best customer service. I've made over a hundred orders, only had three that had damage/defects. A simple chat, sent picture and was refunded within 5 minutes all times.”

They repeatedly asked for passwords, raising serious concerns about the security of my personal information. “This company offers all kinds of coupons deals and discounts. When you click on to accept the offers, a new one pops up. When you go to click on that one the previous one disappears. That one often contains selecting free items. When the new ad comes up those free items go away. And you are left with them telling you it's discounted but in reality it's the same price as when you go to the website. They do nothing for you at customer service besides offer you a 5 cent credit. Do not waste your money on Temu. They also offer express shipping and that never happened for me.”
