“Scam and fraudulent company working hand in hand with scam logistics provider YTO Express! You make an order for more than $40 so you can checkout as $40 is the minimum, then they say the order is being processed by YTO Express. YTO lied on the tracking information saying the address is incorrect, there’s no safe place for parcel or that it was delivered and not picked up in time when in fact, there was no delivery at all. Order is now being returned to Temu. I contact Temu customer support and they tell me the order cannot be redelivered. I ask for a refund and they ignore my request. Temu should be well aware of their chosen logistics provider’s poor efforts as there are numerous reviews online stating the same thing has happened to their orders. This tells me Temu is aware of it and allows this kind of service from their logistics provider which screams fraudulent activity and scam all over! TEMU ARE A BUNCH OF SCAMMING THIEVES! Offering deals and discounts that always come with a catch, then when the customer makes a purchase, their order never arrives. Always blaming the logistics provider YTO Express when it’s both these companies working together. FRAUDS AND SCAM ARTIST! DO NOT SHOP WITH TEMU”
“I ordered several items in Temu and not only did they arrive late but I had missing items on my package. I sent them pictures of the items in my package as I was told to do and they never refund me the money for my missing items .Customer service is very rude and they don’t want to help me not even with store credit.”

Was told to discard and replacement will be shipped. No replacement was ever shipped and now they obstinately REFUSE to refund without the item, which I discarded per their directions. An agent even told me that the record clearly indicates that I was told to discard and they will refund or replace. They won't refund, or replace. Liars. I emailed, chatted and spoke to live reps.”

“The web site advertises free returns. Not so! I ordered 4 or 5 items. When I tried to return, the site stated I was only allowed to return one free.
Most items are garbage. Delivery time is about 3 weeks.
