“Worst case scenario, first they send a shipment. I don't want any of it because it's extremely poor quality clothing so I go to send it back. Their return code does not work. It cost me $15 to send it back and then they refuse to give me a refund. On top of that they sent me another order that I never even ordered. They are the worst company. They're not affiliated with the better Business bureau so you can't have any recourse with them. Don't order from them. Whatever you do. I think they're all Chinese companies”

Amazon processes refunds within 2 hours, so why does Temu hold our money for so long?”
