“Ordered a product for a present. Never arrived so was asked if I wanted credit for it. Cash back would have taken up to 30 days according to temu so opted for credit to account. So I thought I order it again hoping I get it this time. Found out minimum credit has to be £15 pounds. So now I had to add to order to make it up. Still waiting for my order. Wish me luck.. Stick with Amazon. Might work out cheaper in the long run.”

“I am supposed to get a refund on an item that was too big. I just spent the last 30 minutes trying to get the refund processed and it was a wild goose chase. Yes in my case it appears the customer has to process the refund . It’s been 20 days since I did the refund. Temu has made it so complicated to actually get the credit that I will no longer do business with them. Their app has been deleted from my phone.”

Additionally, be cautious when selecting items—their actual size often differs significantly from appearances. On a positive note, the armbands and key holders are pleasant, although not exceptional in quality.
Unfortunately, my bank account was unexpectedly charged without any explanation, prompting me to block my card to prevent further unauthorized deductions.
Given these experiences, I’m uncertain whether I’ll use their services again. The products, especially the watches, may not withstand long-term use.

“Temu makes it as hard a possible to get a refund or send items back for a refund, they expect your payment up front and then give you the “run around” if you are not happy with the item or service you have received.
I will “not” be using them again they use the Chinese approach to business money up front mess you around and delay until you give up facing a brick wall of misunderstanding and delay tactics to avoid repayment at all costs BEWARE,!”
“The most terrible company, in every way. Products of execrable quality, extraordinarily bad shipping, but the worst experience is that of the return. After walking from one side to another to drop off the package (the instructions on the website have nothing to do with reality), you wait a month to receive a refund that was not even issued. I have been to the bank several times so far, only to be told that the ARN code sent by them to verify my transaction is invalid. There is no other solution/proof that the money left them. But the bank claims that no refund request was issued from them...
So, keep in mind that you will never receive the money for the products you send as a return, from this terribly bad Chinese company!!!”
“I had a new card, and didn’t buy really anything except for my bills I always have, and sure enough right after buying something from Temu, I got all these fraudulent charges over $300 and had to immediately block my card. I’m so frustrated with horrible companies/scams and people stealing this way. I work hard for my money.. so now I have to fix this mess tomorrow since everything was closed July 4. It ruined the holiday for me.”
