I claimed on PayPal but the forms made it impossible to explain my case and paypal refused my claim. I am still waiting for a refund from Temu. “I don’t recommend Temu. Their return/refund policy doesn’t adequately protect buyers’ rights. When I make a purchase, they charge me immediately, but when it comes to refunds, I have to wait days or even weeks.
Amazon processes refunds within 2 hours, so why does Temu hold our money for so long?”

“What a bunch of scammers, customer service is far away. They send you broken stuff, and wrong stuff, and when you return it, you have to pay shipping costs yourself, and then you don't get your money back because if the item is under 3.50 euros shipping costs, you don't get your money back, despite Temu making the mistakes themselves. They don't comply with the law, buying at a distance. Please you have been warned, buy here at your own risk, or better said, DO NOT START HERE, you will be disappointed. It's a shame that I can't give 0 stars, they deserve it”
