It was no option for a refund and they never updated the order delivery status. After reaching out to Temu virtual assistance, I was giving the option for a refund. It could take 5-30 days depending on your bank. And then I was offered a 20% discount on next purchase, but if the item says $45.99 once I go to purchase the item, the price mysteriously jumps to twice as much and the 20% discount is only for the $45.99 not the new mysterious double price that was charged.Pictures on site is very deceiving. Please thoroughly read what you are actually purchasing, because I ordered a marker kit, the picture shows a full set of markers, but underneath it was a few random markers that they pick for you.
