“Past orders were received on time, but my last order was placed on August 3 and they split the order in 5 different orders. It has been an nightmare. I received the first order which was one item. Then another one item and so on...the last order was a bulk order which I keep getting emails with tracking, but tracking is not updated and the order keeps getting delayed :( I don't know if I will continue to buy with such a bad experience. Chatting is awful as it is a computer generated chat!”

Well TEMU, terrible company got all the items I was looking at and my bank notified me of a $765.00 charge for garden planters. I Immediately contact UPS and TEMU and said to cancel this order a d UPS was told I would refuse the shipment that hadn't been shipped. TEMU and UPS had plenty of notice with in 1 hour of the alleged purchase. My bank called and asked If I authorized this transaction. They were informed no. Stay away from this scam company. Read BBB reviews. I only had downloaded the app to window shop. I unsubscribe Immediately when I saw what they had done. For exapmle juice blender, wire is very short poor, weak, that I don't think it's going to work for long time. And you still need to buy special plug for connection to electricity. Anyway I took my time to order a Smart fingerprint doorknob and I waited forever finally it says your order has been delivered I look outside and nada nothing so I walk to the leasing office even though they stop taking packages I see some drivers leave outside in the side office nada, so I walk over to another unit I use to live at and nothing
I look at UPS to see if I could see the picture it shows the box but not where it was dropped off, yesterday another delivery same thing I look at the picture even though my address shows my current apartment it was dropped off at the old apartment I walk over there because we get thieves stealing all the time in those two front buildings and nada again now on the doorknob I had to fight for a refund on the other four products from yesterday all I was offered was a store credit I am waiting on a few future orders hopefully I will get them but for sure I will never use TEMU trashy company ever again they can kiss my dear butt and I strongly do not recommend them”

“When you order from temu be careful because if something is not in stock you won't know till you submit your order then it takes forever to get your money back,and watch it if you use any coupons because , I have seen stuff that is 4 or 5 dollars go up 7 or 8 dollars so you are not really saving anything.
