I orderd 12 thinga from temu some are damage and 2 jacket have large size that is not fit on my body and they didnt give me refund i waste my money i will do something about temu

Number 1, l have purchased quite a few items from Temu however a recent purchase of a car air freshner for $7.94 which l did not receive Temu would not refund my purchase to my credit car. Number 2, l returned a car jump starter for a $18.17 credit however Temu insists my card had been credited on June 26, 2024 them that l had not received my refund as of July 17, 2024, so l will no longer purchase anything from Temu and I no longer trust this company, Be leery of this company...

I would give it a zero if I could. I decided to give them a try because they were offering a free tool set but after downloading the app there was no free anything to be found and after talking to support for 10 min they had no idea what I was talking about. It's a scam and I deleted the app SCAM SCAM SCAM

I had ordered several items and when they arrived, they were the wrong size very very large. I ordered a size 12 and it turned out to be more like an 1820 I returned two sets back a sweatshirt and sweatpants and a two-piece jacket and pants outfit. They were supposed to refund my money, I waited weeks and weeks. I never got a refund although the items were very cheap. It’s still came to $40 and I don’t work for free. I work very hard for $40 and I would never buy from them again because they ripped me off.

I have been purchasing from Temu for a long time. Usually I am pleased. The last order was terrible. I requested a return/refund for 3 items. Total cost $32.66. I was offered a "partial refund of $3.24" to avoid a trip to the post office. REALLY! I requested a full refund and will order again until I use all the credit. I agree with the reviews that at first Temu was great. Great service, great products until recently. Be careful what you order and read the fine print regarding refunds! D

However, the excitement turned into frustration as the weeks went by with no sign of my purchases. Several items I bought there were of poor quality. I bought 2 dashcams from them. The 1st was only 30 euro and the video was blurred. I spent 60 on the 2nd hoping it would be better. When you try to upload the videos to pc it's just a black screen with the sound.

I purchased a pair of shoes at $12.65 and received a wrong size (too large to wear) in Jun. 2024. I requested a "free return" and I received a $4.66 refund in July, 12th. I contacted the help button, and the real person agent told me the $7.99 deductible is for the shipping fees. I argued that shipping fees should be showed before the return starts, not after. As a result, the help center didn't issue the refund of shipping fees. I recommend you not to purchase from this APP if your time is more valuable than the cheap price. TEMU is designed for those housewives, retired people who have no work, no income. I am a working class. After purchasing and returning a hundred of items on this website, I decided to quit. This APP is not reliable. They do not have credibility to trust with. Sneakily charging customers the shipping fees is not the American way in doing E-Commerce. Temu should be banned. I would continue to file complaints with BBB and other government regulatory agencies.

Worst- experience. SHEIN are best than Temu in quality and customer service. Worst delivery agent experience. The delivery person never buzz and leave items unsafe area or may be never bring. Never received item I bought from Temu..... gave enough chance. That's enough. Posted picture of not agreeing their fault and I have to pay for nothing. Please advice reader if I can take legal action for this Temu. I have all proof of fraud they done with me. Recently I have one more proof of not taking full responsibility of not delivering item to person

In our country New Zealand, you can’t say an item is sterling silver and then it not be..Temu is plastering sterling silver false advertising on heaps of its jewellery and it isn’t sterling silver. It is too light and just some cheap metal..just because they are Chinese they should be bound by NZ law too…it even is stamped with a 92.5 hallmark. This company hides its address in Ireland ? Whatever, we know it’s from China!

TEMU pulled a "bait and switch" by offering 6 free items for new buyers with their $50 order. I fell for it and ordered altogether 11 items including the so called 6 free items. The first delivery was stolen, so it was resent. I did notice that the photo of the first delivery by the carrier showed a smaller package that could not accommodate 11 items. When I did receive the resent items, I got the same size package with only 5 of the 11 items in it. When I informed TEMU they said the warehouse said they sent all the items so there was nothing they could do about it. I'm thinking about filing a claim with PayPal about this. I also had problems getting the size shoes I indicated in other orders, but was given a refund or offer to return for those, which is annoying. One star was given for a pillow I received that was the best cervical pillow I've ever had.

To Temu Management Team, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against "Eve Swift", the Customer Relations Senior Supervisor, regarding her handling of my issue detailed in ticket "Ticket 1719503410032577" for the order number PO-032-04941629281912528. Over the past few days, I have repeatedly informed Eve Swift that I have moved from my previous address and requested the cancellation and refund of my order. Despite this, my order was marked as delivered by the shipping company, Sameday, which has received numerous negative reviews (1.4 rating from over 893 users) for falsely marking orders as delivered. Instead of addressing my concerns and escalating the matter to the delivery company for proof of delivery, Eve Swift has been responding with generic and unhelpful automated messages. Her so-called "investigation" concluded within 30 minutes, stating that the order was delivered without any further evidence or consideration of my situation. This lack of genuine customer support and failure to take appropriate actions is unacceptable for someone in her supervisory position. I am requesting Temu management to thoroughly review the interactions in ticket 1719503410032577 and address this issue appropriately. If my concerns are not resolved, I will proceed with filing a complaint with the European Commission Center (ECC) and pursue legal action to ensure my consumer rights are upheld. I look forward to your prompt response and a satisfactory resolution to this matter by refunding me the full amount I have paid especially that I did not receive my order. If I could give these critters zero stars I would. I ordered and they took the money off my boyfriends card instead of my PayPal. I called and cancelled the order immediately. They promised refunds in 1 to 5 business days. They've refunded the small things but are trying to keep the two biggest charges for 64.03 and 75.08. Trying to say they shipped then already. I cancelled within 30 minutes of ordering. They lost a customer with me.

I ordered a drill press vice but received a storage organizer. It was only $15 but the customer service person implied they would review the order and follow up. First, no follow up. Second, when I contacted them again, they told me they reviewed it and that they sent the correct product, even though I sent them photos of their box with the wrong product in it. Finally, they offered me a $5 credit as the final insult to having taken my money. I will contact the credit card company and not pay that charge and will never shop with Temu again. If you want the correct product and proper customer service, try Amazon.
