“I have been using Temu for about 2 years with little problems, whenever I get a product that didn't meet expectations, I received a credit without having to return the item.
I have ordered from the local warehouse twice, the 1st came 9 days late, I'm in Florida, it started in NJ, then went somewhere, then to Opa Loca, about 30 miles from me, then a few other places before arriving at my house. I was given a partial credit but it was frustrating.
I ordered another product from the local warehouse in Chicago, took 5 days to leave that warehouse, then to multiple locations, then to Opa Locka, now to Indiana.
No more local warehouse purchases. Besides charging $2.99 for delivery, takes longer than coming from China.”
“UniUni delivered my package to the wrong house..I sent them a picture of my house..got a certificate for a refund but Temu would not honor it..I got no refund so beware they will scam you big time”
“My original order was delivered to the wrong address. When I informed Temu about the issue, I got apology and message that the same order will be immediately resent. After that I was daily informed about location of my parcel until today’s delivery .”

Come to find out two days after I bought the stuff they had charged me for everything except one item! I have not received my items yet and I am going to contact PayPal and request temu not be paid.
