“Bate and switch. Will be closing my account once I receive my items. Was supposed to get 3 free items. Placed an order. Then they want me to spend more after the purchase. Done with them . Buyer beware!”
“My wife ordered this with paid the customers and everything to later find out that the package has been lost. Temu then gave an option for refund but the money goes into your Temu account balance and not back into her account. She also paid a customers fee which you do not get back. I will not buy anything from Temu ever.”
“I like temu so far 95 % of the items I purchased were good , I don’t like ordering items from over seas it takes to long , also temu with their ads is a bit too much always saying you going get something free but have you spend a certain amount , I spend a great deal of money on this site for them to put a spending limit to get something free . , and you never win those prizes the company sends you.”
“Tried to order twice and both times they wanted a picture of my credit card what a joke years of ordering off the internet and then these yahoos do this buyer beware !!”
“Don't go to temu, they are the worst. They give false descriptions, costs more to return products, they will give you less than u paid for credit with a max purchase of at least $40 to check out and get ur money back, I'm sure there's more too”
“I purchased two AZDOME car cam recorders. Though I have purchased two, I received one and the price charged for one item is more expensive that the price they listed for the two I actually purchased. Total rip off. Could have bought the items directly from Amazon for cheaper.”
“They sell you junk by having misleading ads and pictures on the site. I bought what I thought was a normal bread basket and it was tiny more sui
ted for proofing a bun and not a loaf of bread. Buyer beware of temu.”
“I can't figure out how to send some things back and get a refund. It is so complicated when I read how to send the stuff back!! I don't have all of the order number they are asking for, I will never ever order from them again.”
“I ordered a set of saucepans. Meant to be stainless steel, they are made of tin and the first time i boiled water in one for 7 mins it developed rust spots. Will be making formal complaint to Australian ombudsmen and my afterpay for false advertising”
“Why I prefer Shein to Temu.I submitted an order to Shein and Temu on exactly the same day. Shein delivered really quick, Temu....well still waiting..they try and passify you with R20 with delayed deliveries but ONLY valid if you use it on a next order. One gets bombarded with discount offers on a daily basis, Temu inflates the prices to then offer a "discount" which is actually the regular price on Shein or less. Please do your homework on pricing. Shein has a 'love' heart button where one can store liked items..with Temy anything that you like and might want in the future has to go in the cart, to be harrassed on a daily basis by Temu.. I have ordered from Temu before and the items EVENTUALLY delivered were to satisfaction. Clothing duties/taxes were extremely high”
