“I ordered items in September 2024 never received them. Temu took the money out of my bank account. Trying to reach someone was impossible. I’ll never order from them again or recommend them to anyone else ever.”
“I can not see the items I've ordered. 2 of them were delivered correctly, however, I had a 2nd order that included a purse, cards and several other items. I received a notice that my last package was delivered this morning, however, it's not there. On top of that, that package should have been a box, but the picture shows a small package. On top of that, I can't find the things I've ordered on their site. I asked for a re-shipment, but the tracking number that I copied, does not exist according to ontrak.

They said there was a glitch in the system, but they’re sorry they don’t think they can do for me that was three operators later forever already spent a lot of money on there. “I had contacted them over a year ago about hacks with fbi programs tht had switched credit card info which denied Me access to tht card used before and to klarna. I even sent in pics which supported my claim. So when Christmas time came and I still wasn't able to order like I wanted to; I had someone else use their account. The issue was NEVER resolved and the turquoise or teal sweatshirt tht I had ordered for my daughter came with stains on it. The whole trend is probably gonna end soon. The lack of resolution and the already low quality and integrity of the sellers will end it. Very ghetto...wouldn't recommend.”
