“I paid for my order and didn't received it even after 2 months. Temu says its delivered and signed. I asked for reshipment. Temu says OK but didn't gave me date. And now I can't claim Refund because it's more than a month.
All my money is wasted”
“I ordered items in September 2024 never received them. Temu took the money out of my bank account. Trying to reach someone was impossible. I’ll never order from them again or recommend them to anyone else ever.”
“I can not see the items I've ordered. 2 of them were delivered correctly, however, I had a 2nd order that included a purse, cards and several other items. I received a notice that my last package was delivered this morning, however, it's not there. On top of that, that package should have been a box, but the picture shows a small package. On top of that, I can't find the things I've ordered on their site. I asked for a re-shipment, but the tracking number that I copied, does not exist according to ontrak.

Don’t waste your time on the games then you’ll never win. They got me down to a penny and then the game froze up. I reached out to them. They said there was a glitch in the system, but they’re sorry they don’t think they can do for me that was three operators later forever already spent a lot of money on there. Just a big scam watch out I wouldn’t. I wouldn’t buy anything on a debit card and we should buy a credit card and get your money back.”

Coupon says place 5.01 to be able to use, but you cannot use just 5.00 they make you place another full order
Got a coupon cause order was late for 20 percent off no minimum but up to 20 dollars. Went to use it nope have to place another full order .”
“The first time, I start ordering the items , I get them on time and the right siz. I don't understand why I get the items that I didn't order, and the size that didn't order. You guys didn't get permission to use someone else account send the items no one order. If I want to return, since there no purchase account number. We can't return the items. “Temu.com sent me an unordered item which I returned per their return process. Receive confirmation of return, but no refund. Lots of double-talk, fatuous apologies and abject failure to acknowledge the simple facts of the matter. Buyer be well aware. This is a unscrupulous outfit!”
“I ordered shelves, they looked like E bay and were less monet but they were cheep junk. Put them together and used them but they were very flimsy. Don't recommend buying shelving.”

“I had contacted them over a year ago about hacks with fbi programs tht had switched credit card info which denied Me access to tht card used before and to klarna. I even sent in pics which supported my claim. So when Christmas time came and I still wasn't able to order like I wanted to; I had someone else use their account. The issue was NEVER resolved and the turquoise or teal sweatshirt tht I had ordered for my daughter came with stains on it. The whole trend is probably gonna end soon. The lack of resolution and the already low quality and integrity of the sellers will end it. Very ghetto...wouldn't recommend.”
