“I don’t recommend Temu. Their return/refund policy doesn’t adequately protect buyers’ rights. When I make a purchase, they charge me immediately, but when it comes to refunds, I have to wait days or even weeks.
Amazon processes refunds within 2 hours, so why does Temu hold our money for so long?”

They send you broken stuff, and wrong stuff, and when you return it, you have to pay shipping costs yourself, and then you don't get your money back because if the item is under 3.50 euros shipping costs, you don't get your money back, despite Temu making the mistakes themselves. “Terrible Customer Service and Payment Experience
I had an extremely frustrating experience with Temu. I placed an order for a pair of heels at the beginning of August 2024, but the issues began when I was asked to pay for customs a week later. The payment process on their app was a nightmare – despite multiple attempts, I couldn't complete the transaction due to a glitch that prevented payments from going through.
To seek assistance, I reached out to their customer service through the app's chat function, but to my dismay, there were no agents available to provide support. I was then directed to contact their agents via WhatsApp, but even on that platform, my queries went unanswered.
Despite voicing my concerns through a review on their app, I didn't receive any response or acknowledgment from Temu. The lack of customer service and the unresponsive communication channels have left me extremely dissatisfied with my experience.
At this point, I have lost all interest in making any future purchases from Temu and strongly advise others to be cautious before engaging with this company. I am now seeking a refund for the order that was never completed due to the payment issues and the abysmal customer service provided by Temu.”
