“Temu: order of package at the cost of £277 only to realise it was ordered in error - I was on automatic payment via paypal. Tried to cancel immediately no chance! Package was delivered told TEMU I dont want it and they said I could keep it and they could refund only £55. I declined, as I really do not need the item. Now its two bulky bed base and its quite heavy, they want me to arrange return!! This is contrary to their policy of free returns!! I am disappointed that TEMU have refused to pick up the package and want to force me to make payment for something I dont want or need. This is going against the terms and conditions of a contract UNDER THE SALES OF GOODS ACT. I have the right to return the package. TEMU must arrange collection accordingly because your marketing promises FREE RETURNS .”

I sent back a heavy duty pullup bar (it had two of the same arm) in june , and have call, texted to no avail. we are now the end of august and still no refund. I have proof that it was sent and they are refusing to refund me, claiming they never received the package . this was over 200$that they are refusing to give me back”

I was trying to make the purchase same card that they accept for subscription. They get refused to buy items. I have to go and use my Apple Card to purchase this items after I make couple purchases they hold my entire purchase order for a verification so I send them all the verifications I sent them my ID. They still don’t like it. After two days of calling trying to resolve this problem, I couldn’t get to the bottom of it as you can call their customer service but no one is a specialized on payments. There is a department. They only send on emails for them. They cannot talk to anyone on the payment department, they are in China.
For three days trying to get someone from the payment department to solve my problem and I couldn’t.
It’s like what’s your name and you say my name is John , They said we are not convinced John give us more proof you send them your ID send them your Social Security card. You give them everything that prove your job and they still say we’re not convinced this is how it is.

“Used to be good, you got what you paid for and even better than expected sometimes but has gone downhill in the last year. Items are now the same cost or higher for lower quality than what can be purchased on Amazon. The customer service is a joke and if items are missing or only partially received you're on your own. Remember to dispute your credit card charge instead of trying to get help from these idiots and save yourself a lot of time. Also wish.com now offers free shipping so go there instead.”

“Past orders were received on time, but my last order was placed on August 3 and they split the order in 5 different orders. It has been an nightmare. I received the first order which was one item. Then another one item and so on...the last order was a bulk order which I keep getting emails with tracking, but tracking is not updated and the order keeps getting delayed :( I don't know if I will continue to buy with such a bad experience. Chatting is awful as it is a computer generated chat!”
