an elderly person do without the latest means to comply with their policy for returns? It's easy to order, prices are good, but returns are a big headache! Sometimes, I lose out since it's too hard to continue with them.”

“They use dishonest couriers such as gofo express, who lie and claim orders are undeliverable. However, I actually have verification and can prove that items have been delivered by the same courier before and after a particular incident. Temu claims to block couriers which doesn't actually happen. They refuse to replace items/packages/couriers as a courtesy, and want to give you static about their $5 credit delay guarantee. Chat representatives are rude, read from the same script, and refused to provide corporate information.”

“I would give them less than one star if I could. Temu started using a new, cheaper delivery company to cut corners and they are horrible. Three different packages were out for delivery and then never delivered to me and sent back to the warehouse. I was having all of this stuff delivered for a Halloween party and had to rush to get everything I needed after not receiving my packages. They were informed the first time I didn't get my package but said that Uniuni (the company that they started using for delivery) was overwhelmed and didn't make the delivery. You would think they would change their delivery service after many people have complained but they didn't and it happened two more times to me. I am so disappointed in the way they handled it. they couldn't even tell me if the packages would be redelivered and tried to use the same tired excuse that the delivery people were overwhelmed. Iwas a loyal customer, but will never use Temu again.”

Lots of nonsense explanations on the chat, bottomline - no refund on a card, only credit to shop in their fraudster store again and money charged by courier are gone completely. Unless you want to loose money, time and your nerves do not shop with temu fraudsters.
