They won't replace the item by sending a correctly spelt one, even though they have plenty available. They offered a refund so I could order a new one myself, but this is useless as they have a minimum spend in place of $40. So I cannot fix THEIR mistake without having to spend a lot more money. “Worst case scenario, first they send a shipment. I don't want any of it because it's extremely poor quality clothing so I go to send it back. Their return code does not work. It cost me $15 to send it back and then they refuse to give me a refund. On top of that they sent me another order that I never even ordered. They are the worst company. They're not affiliated with the better Business bureau so you can't have any recourse with them. Don't order from them. Whatever you do. I think they're all Chinese companies”

I claimed on PayPal but the forms made it impossible to explain my case and paypal refused my claim. I am still waiting for a refund from Temu. A card wallet I also bought from Temu stank of chemicals which wouldn't go away after washing...”
