“Bought 4 chairs. Received 3 pack of fitting kits. Screw holes are not matched with chair holes, impossible to erect them. Free 90 days return but you need to pack them. These chairs are coming with massive box 1.4m wide. The original box was badly damaged. Now I need to find a box big enough to send them back. Also you need to pay for postage and Temu will reimburse with their voucher. You need to spend more. The customer service was bad. Suggested for me to buy a big box from post office at your own expense.
These are my second purchase of furniture. Both ended with disaster. Avoid.”

“I’m writing to share my experience with Temu and how they are misleading customers. Whenever you open the app, they show tons of offers and complimentary items. This is just a trick they might give you 2 free items, but only if you make a purchase of around 150 AED. Otherwise, you won’t get the free items. To make things worse, they often increase the prices of other products to double or even triple the original cost, which you may not realize at first. Think about it who would give something away for free with no catch? This is one of the biggest scams Temu is pulling on its customers.
Here in Dubai, we have a store called Day to Day where you can get everything at much cheaper prices and with great quality. For example, I saw a bag at Day to Day for 13.99 AED, but the exact same bag on Temu was priced at 26 AED. You might think it’s just a 12 AED difference, but when you order multiple items, the price difference adds up quickly.
I’m not blaming the quality of all their products some are decent. But Temu is fooling us by offering fake discounts, cheap prices, and so-called "free" items. Nothing is truly free with Temu, so please be aware.”
“Your app shows that my item was delivered. Not true I was decorating my front yard with holiday items at the specified time it stated it was delivered. I asked for a refund and I was denied. TEMU lost a loyal frequent customer 😡”
“When I selected free gifts and made an order at the same time, I was billed full price for the free gifts along with the other merchandise. I have ordered clearance items only to be charged full price. I have also been shipped the wrong items. Their customer service is about the worst I have seen. Friends keep telling me how great Temu is and that I should give them another chance. I decided to give one last chance and of course I get another wrong item and also got charged full price on two "free" items. I am not having any sucre with customer service. The chat keeps getting closed on me and I have to start all over with someone else.”

“I did the free spin and won 3 items at 100 percent free. When I went to the check out, for some reason there was still a $20 plus taxes charge. Free shipping as well so what is the charge? 100 percent free is supposed to be 109 percent free. Instead at checkout it says $188 minus $168. That my friends is a scam and a waste of my time.”

“We ordered a Head Board on Temu. Might wife opened the box and white dust came out. The dust was from where bugs had been eating the wood. There was at least 50 dead bugs. I have never had a product that was shipped to me that was a biological Hazard and I am 62. I will never buy anything from Temu. I wish I could give negative stars. They suck”
