I requested a replacement lid, which seems like a reasonable request but was told they were unable to do that. After back and forths they said they would issue a refund and wanted to give me a Temu credit, I opted for a refund back to my credit card. One month later I reached out to The Better Business Bureau and that's how I finally received my full refund. My problem was the packing and shipping boxes were pristine so the item was shipped damaged.”

I put the money in my account to pay my internet bill today. So I call and spend forever on the phone with them. Only we told that yes, I have to go and do this to this to cancel my order. Which was not my order because I didn't order it.
So I did the steps that they wanted me to do and cancel their order. I guess because I didn't place the d*** thing. Only to find out that they can't put the money back in my account for 5 to 10 days for something that I didn't even do I didn't place order. This is their mistake they placed the order. They took money out my account without my permission. And now I am gonna be stuck with no money to pay my internet bill. Besides this, I played there stupid little games for 10 free items earlier this week. Play their games place in order for a couple items that I did pay for only for it. To show me that I didn't get my tin free items. So you know they offered me. They offered me a 20% Upton $20. Funny dollars off of my next order. My 10 items came to a $200 and I played half hour worth of games to get it down to 0. Because I won the 100% off. And now I don't even get them. So they wasted my time. They pulled money out of my account with out my knowledge. My internet is gonna get shut off. Because I don't have the rest of the money to pay to cover the $70 that they stole out of my account. And I'm just going to delete their app and I just wanna warn other people what's going on with them. They are escaped, they're screwing people over and have the people if they're taking money on a people's account have to people probably don't even know that they're taking the money out of their account. “They force you to pay $10 minimum to place order ok. So I add a couple more items to increase for 10 dollar minimum I waited for items to come in the mail. Only one item came in the mail it was not the original item I was needing. I don't recommend anyone buying they are scam artist”

Among the tracking companies that Temu uses, there is one called Piggyship. They don't deliver and just lie. They say there is no recipient or the address and phone number are wrong, so they end up returning it to the vendor. And Piggyship also lies at the reception. Piggyship itself is a company that only lies. If you order from Temu and the tracking company is Piggyship, you probably won't receive the package. Like me.”

They charged my credit card before shipment and after 10 days I received an Email that they couldn’t ship my merchandise because they had some trouble with the carrier or the shipment!
Meanwhile they have been holding my money during that period of time!
