“Received no confirmation of my order. When Temu was contacted I was informed no order exited. Using their method of tracking my order using my credit card my order appeared including a picture of my order. Temu insisted no order existed. However one week later I received my order. However the quality of the products was less than poor. I contacted Temu in order to send the order back and receive a refund again they stated no order existed. After speaking with a customer representative they informed me that they were writing a “ticket” perhaps for bad service on their part lol. I assumed the ticket was to be forwarded to someone who could actually resolve my issue. I have never received any other follow up from Temu regarding my refund and I’m sure I never will. They take your money ship you sub standard products and refuse to issue refunds on those products. DO NOT purchase anything from Temu they are disreputable.”
“This site sucks. When you buy something it takes forever to receive your products and when you play the "Farmland " game it takes forever to win your supposed free prize. I understand site like this is all about shopping from them and money. But, constantly leading the customers on gets old and makes the customers go to another site. With all these shopping site advertising "Free to win prizes" are full of it. Nothing is free. Especially on Temu.”
“I've ordered from Temu many times and was only disappointed once, it is a hit and miss but why I gave a one star is because like other companies they raised their prices and the item will say one price but once added to your cart it doubles the price and it will say free shipping but at the end it charges shipping. Temu was popular because of their prices but since they have raised the prices might as well shop at Walmart”

I keep blocking them and 6 or 7 more will pop up immediately. It's disruptive and harassing. I've complained to Google so many time's. No help there. Next will be the FCC and/ or a lawyer.”

“Temu is a deception, they give you coupons to deceive customers because if a merchandise is for $5, when they give you a coupon they raise the price double to deceive and so the customers buy it with the coupon and then it returns to the price they I was honestly Temu is a scam”
