“I ordered a few things from Temu and most the items were good quality. Then I received a few packages at my address with someone else's name and had no way to return the boxes. I then noticed three charges in one day. So, I peeked in the packages and there were little nonsense items. I looked up the items in Temu and saw they sell them. They were charging my card for overnight delivery on things that cost 0.50 and sending it to my house under a fake name to make a huge profit.”
“The worst online shopping site, there is always a delay of at least 15 days, and the easiest response for them just to cancel the order, even at the level of the delivery company that they deal with is very, very bad (J*T) as it is a company without management i called them more than 10 times and every time there is no manager or supervisor available to answer my call ,and the delivery staff are not honest and, I filed a complaint against them with Consumer Protection in Dubai.”

“Temu's Promotional free gifts and games are all SCAM. They will send you notifications for free gifta that will niat wastw your time and will teick you on buying. At the end there was no gift at all.
They have a lot of games that thwy mLe you play to get credits, diacounts or crew gifts that you end up getting dissapointes because they will stop the game automatically and you'll end up angry. Please don't patronize this kind of buaineas practice. Customer service will drop/end your inquiry without even answering your concerns or will transfer to different agents and you'll wnd up wasting your time and effort. Thia will make you really angry.”

“I ordered a litter box on Temu everything was fine but my cats wouldn't use it. So I sent it back for refund. Upon receiving it the company that sold it Yomi Life HM Said that I did not return the correct thing because their logo wasn't on it. Well their logo wasn't on it when I got it. Why would I send a different litter box back? I only ordered one. If my cats would use it I would have kept it. But I have gone 2 weeks back and forth with timu and with the yomi company and they keep denying my refund that's close to $300 that they are keeping. I used to like Temu their things were kind of cheap but they were fun and every time I've returned something I've never had a problem with the refund until it was something expensive. And now they've just kept my money and they got their litter box back!!”

“This is not a genuine site. They can scam you. I was placing an order, and they offered a free gift and asked me to pick the gift. Then, it said I had to pay $22 to claim the gift. After spending $22, I got nothing. It said I get 036 today. I lost $22 for no reason. Then, I cancelled the order as I had to pay another $46 for the selected items. They would confuse you. They scam you. Be careful when ordering with them. I just deleted the app.
Temp should be banned for their untrustworthy activities.”
“I saw a product on my fb feed and clicked. after installing the app I kept being presented with a spinning 'bonus' wheel - all I wanted to do was look at the product. It seemed like every time i tried to click anything I was returned to the wheel - and a timer - I never got to look at the product I wanted, or any others... after 10mins of unwanted pseudo gambling I uninstalled the app.”
“The worst company. They charged my account, then cancelled the transaction without informing me and charged later even bigger amount. I received the package without any receipt and any indication that the delivery was from them. Moreover, it was not the stuff I'd ordered. I contacted the company but they showed me the changed by them order history. Finally, I got a bunch of cheep socks, some kind of weird device for double chin that I even never searched for and two little pins that was not in my order. The company refused to deliver my stuff but charged me for their garbage $95. The Department of Consumer Affairs should pay attention to their fraudulent activity”
