“Very bad customer service, every time I contacted them, I wasted a lot of time and nerves. They avoid giving precise info, just give same generic answers and sweet talk you without actually doing anything. Every time I contact them, I lose an hour or 2 and get so frustrated because I don't get the info or help I need. They often skip reading messages and checking photos and screenshots. This week I communicated with them for days about my due refund, they were constantly saying that my package was still not delivered to them even though I sent them delivery proof million times, they left a false tracking update on their website for days. I asked them to contact warehouse for confirmation which they did not do (I am sure of it because all agents gave one same reply that it was still not delivered). I threatened to ask my bank to send Temu an official request for a refund and to contact all Temu directors on LinkedIn and send them delivery proof from the carrier and publicly show everything on Linked and other SNS. I don't know if it was because of that or the warehouse sorted it out but I eventually got my refund. But the CS drove me nuts for days, their service is really horrible.”

This company and their games are a scam, they always just stop short of giving you the offered credit then try to get you to order again after you just ordered to get more chances, I tried chatting with them they just said you have to keep playing to win. They were charging my card for overnight delivery on things that cost 0.50 and sending it to my house under a fake name to make a huge profit.”
“The worst online shopping site, there is always a delay of at least 15 days, and the easiest response for them just to cancel the order, even at the level of the delivery company that they deal with is very, very bad (J*T) as it is a company without management i called them more than 10 times and every time there is no manager or supervisor available to answer my call ,and the delivery staff are not honest and, I filed a complaint against them with Consumer Protection in Dubai.”

They have a lot of games that thwy mLe you play to get credits, diacounts or crew gifts that you end up getting dissapointes because they will stop the game automatically and you'll end up angry. Please don't patronize this kind of buaineas practice. Customer service will drop/end your inquiry without even answering your concerns or will transfer to different agents and you'll wnd up wasting your time and effort. Thia will make you really angry.”

“I ordered a litter box on Temu everything was fine but my cats wouldn't use it. So I sent it back for refund. Upon receiving it the company that sold it Yomi Life HM Said that I did not return the correct thing because their logo wasn't on it. Well their logo wasn't on it when I got it. Why would I send a different litter box back? I only ordered one. If my cats would use it I would have kept it. But I have gone 2 weeks back and forth with timu and with the yomi company and they keep denying my refund that's close to $300 that they are keeping. I used to like Temu their things were kind of cheap but they were fun and every time I've returned something I've never had a problem with the refund until it was something expensive. And now they've just kept my money and they got their litter box back!!”
