“I have placed five orders with this company that I paid for twenty two days ago. All of my orders are seven days or more outside the delivery window that they gave me. Additionally, as of today, all of the orders have been five days with no tracking updates. I have contacted. Their customer service never reads the prior notes, so you have to repeat it over and over AND OVER again. After placing several orders with them, I'm not going to anymore. At least with Amazon, yes you pay more, but they stand by their refund policy. Temu is a terrible com0any to deal with.”
