“I accidentally ordered 2 of the same product. I sent one back and never received the 2nd one. I texted with their customer service over and over, always getting the same result. I was promised temu credit, which was fine, but I never received it.
Their customer service never reads the prior notes, so you have to repeat it over and over AND OVER again. After placing several orders with them, I'm not going to anymore. At least with Amazon, yes you pay more, but they stand by their refund policy. Temu is a terrible com0any to deal with.”

They repeatedly asked for passwords, raising serious concerns about the security of my personal information. It seemed as though some information might have been shared through the Temu app, which is highly unsettling.
Given these issues, I would advise others to be cautious when using Temu, especially in Pakistan. Ensure that you monitor your banking apps closely and consider the potential risks before making any purchase”
“This company offers all kinds of coupons deals and discounts. When you click on to accept the offers, a new one pops up. When you go to click on that one the previous one disappears. That one often contains selecting free items. When the new ad comes up those free items go away. And you are left with them telling you it's discounted but in reality it's the same price as when you go to the website. They do nothing for you at customer service besides offer you a 5 cent credit. Do not waste your money on Temu. They also offer express shipping and that never happened for me.”

“If I can give it zero I would. They have this bs spinning wheel and confuses your purchases because they have you select "free" products. At the end I didn't receive all the items and got sold on two things I thought was free and what I wanted didn't come.
