“I ordered a Litter Robot automatic cat litter system and paid $372. For it. The vendor shipped a small item and identified that 3 lbs package as Litter Robot which weight more than 12 lbs plus a large box. I have sent easily a dozen emails over 3 weeks trying to resolve this. TEMU continues to send new the same emails refuer sing g to acknowledge the information that I sent them. On a small scale they send you emails telling you to pick multiple items for free. When you get the items they charge you and say the special trimed out. They run a fraudulent operation!”

“I ordered a roof rack for my suv from this site and what a massive mistake. It started immediately after my payment. After two days of waiting for shipping tracking information. I got nothing. Day 4 I contacted the seller and nothing for 4 more days. Remember payment was accepted and cleared by now. I contact Temu customer support for help. They tell me to wait 10 days and then I can request a refund. So I wait. Still no word and no contact about my purchase. When I’m finally able to txt with an alleged live agent. They confirm that I must continue to wait before I can even request a refund and even then I need to give them more days to approve the refund request. WTF. You are better off finding what ever you need ANYPLACE ELSE. After finally getting a message from the seller that they would not be able to honor my purchase and send me the product. I still can’t get my money back. 😡🤬”

“I got my product and reported their lousy packing procedure. I've ordered from them before and got these ok. They wrapped metal tin signs in regular paper, not cardboard and didn't wrap the edges where all the metal cut through them. All open when I got it.”

I ordered 50ft cable, recieved 19ft. 31ft too short. Luckily Temu knows this and their return/ refund policy works. But it's aggravating that if you order something for a prodject their Unreliable”

They offer you 14.95 on a 75.00 return. If you don't take it you pay 50.00 for return and never see your refund. Tell your friends don't fall for their photos. Product quality don't match photos.”

“they ripped you off on the games when you get to the very end they slowly I noticed it’s deducting points instead of adding along when I would start over after I work on something for two days it would be negative that the next day to start me back at zero because I was almost finished I literally needed nothing to finish but like rip people off on top of that, they don’t always see my merchandise. in my first two pictures, you can actually see where I was the day before and how much of the plant had grown., and the last two pictures it depicts how much I grown it the next day how much how much the planet are grown and then it shows the date and the time progression in the other picture where I got the bonuses and how I got paid and how the plan how things were supposed to move upbut obviously it didn’t add onto the day before day gone before didn’t save or something or y’all are doing it on purpose to these customers like Team was doing”
“Hey, I know that Temu is a fairly new company but they are loosely at what they are doing. The items are not what they seems on the site and the customer service is poor. I go to to local bargain outlets and all the items I wanted off of Temu I found there. The first is call Krazy Bins and the us call Deal Blitz. I am yet to win a contest on Temu after inviting so many people both from my mom's account and mind. All the packages I gave received from Temu were all open and then resealed and items were missing. The contest seems like little kids designed them.”
