“I’ve been a customer of Temu for quite a few years and have never had a problem until recently. I returned several items and til this day Temu says they can’t find it even with their shipping label. So basically they’ve taken the returned items and refuse to return more than $100 to me! I will never order from them again!! Buyers beware!!!!”
“1st 2 orders were good no problems the got email said i got picked open it clicked it it said free shipping for orders over 35.oo i had over 50.00 in bag then it popped up saying spin i did and was suppose to get another 10 percent off it said buy it now to get that offer so i did payment went right through. Then i get the final payment it was over 76.oo so no free shipping actually they charged me 12 dollars shipping and the extra 10 percent off wasnt there its like some of the products actully went up in price .I canceled immediatly as soon as my refund goes through completly im uninstalling the app and im.done this place very misleading ....”

“They totally misleading people to believing you are getting things free. They tell you to pick your 3 free items. Then you get told you have to spend $40 to receive the free items. Then tell you get $400 to spend like cash, you pick 3 items, then told you have to buy 2 more items, pay & then you'll get your $400 credit. NOPE! You have to spendb$300 to even get $50 free! “Ordered from Temu many times. Yes, products are more cheaply made than others but sometimes that doesn't matter. Purchased a Christmas tree in August. Opened box to put up tree in November.... 4 days past return date. Of course, it was the wrong tree... one that was $100 less than the one we purchased. Reached out to customer service. Back and forth for about an hour and the best they could do was to offer a $15 store credit. Unsubscribed to the site. Will never order from them. again. BEWARE. PLEASE do not give them your hard-earned money. They do not deserve your business.”

“I got a refund on two items but not the third, the shoes were poor quality.The green garland with bows and lights I did receive had no lights like it was supposed to not to mention it looks black not green. And the green with colored lights I was supposed to get I did not receive. Each pack was a pack of two. Temu denied me a refund for missing item(green garland with lights only)said warehouse packed everything. I even sent them a pic of all items I did receive per their request. I will no longer give them my business I hate companies who cheat people out of their money.”

“I am a regular customer of temu. Recently the I a get super late delivery there are giving me $5 credit but I don’t need there $5 all I need is my product right on time. This is happening repeatedly now. I think I’ll not use temu anymore.”
“I purchased items from this company which were poor in quality. After I purchase these items but were before I requested a refund my card that I used to purchase them was involved in fraud. I contacted Temu and they're only response was that they refunded my money which was impossible because the card was closed for fraud and it was a Vanilla Visa card which is a gift card and I explained this to them and they still insisted that I was refunded which I was not. I then asked for a credit to my account all of this only comes to the amount of $8.41 and I spent 30 minutes explaining this to them and they refuse to assist me in any way at all but just kept repeating the same company policy without even checking that their refund never went through. I could not take it any longer and just had to end the chat because my blood pressure was going through the roof. The nauseating part of this whole thing is that they can see that it did not go through I told them that it did not go through I asked them for a credit on my account instead while I have at least three items in my cart. On top of that the reason I requested the refund was that the products that I purchased were inferior. They were jewelry that after one wearing turn ed pink and made my ears wrists and neck green. They never even apologized for the inferior quality of product that they are selling. This is more than annoying it's not like I'm asking for hundreds of dollars I'm asking them to uphold their end of a sale which is I was not at all happy with the quality of the product and I know for a fact at least I think I do so I can't say I know for a fact but I believe they can actually see that that refund did not go through on a Visa gift card. Do not expect them to be reasonable when it comes to refunds this is something that I never expected but now thoroughly expect and am warning you of the fact that they are not upholding their end of their return policy. Purchase at your own peril”
“Disgusting & tricky promotions. Showing to purchase 4 items now and you can get $450 coupon. Once you purchased it then showing you they will give you $50 off on $300 purchases and another $20 off on $100 purchase and etc to total of $450 coupons. Totally misleading.
