Marketing behavior that they do and they go around about another way to market stuff to you. The pictures aren't true to the description for the most part. And they say you win something, but you have to buy it. To be qualified for there are so-called free picks. Then we go in and try to track your package. Then that's when they attack you. You won this picket for free. But you got 9 minutes to do it in. Yeah, it's a scam and I have notified my banking institution about them. And I will not buy anything from them at all.I've dealt with sheen and I've never had any problem with them.But I understand that they are 2 sister companies.But it needs to be some serious regulations done on them that is temu. Also, if you put stuff in your car that doesn't mean that you want to purchase it, then, when you enter your credit card information, they take the option away for you. Tnot save your card on file. So when you go in your car or you ask something to your cart, then all of a sudden, a flash, they're processing a payment. What? Then they turn around until you processing approve. I'm returning mostly everything that I've bought from them. Because they're quality of stuff. Really sucks to me and I will not be doing any further business with these people.”

I really resent gor profit business trying to manipulate me. So I unsubscribed from everything and deleted the app because by then I knew I could never be a happy customer with this company. I didn’t buy anything expensive and I am so glad. First the products are cheaply made and I would never spend more than $7 canadian for anything. Things with moving parts do not turn on. Hair clips and bits of cloth (not clothes) are fine. I tried to add a photo of a heel scrubber I bought. It is easier to use a pumice stone.”

“I like the products. The last order I ordered was delivered to the wrong unit and returned. When I called they would only give a refund instead of resending the products. I really wanted the products sent back. Now that's it closer to Christmas I cant get half the stuff I wanted. “They are clear and concise in their advertising ; be conscious of that and READ descriptions before assuming everything in the display picture is included (or to size/scale.) In my experience the only purchase I didn’t want to keep was very large printed canvas the pixels were too big for my OCD. I sold onto someone else who it didn’t bother. Other than that I have received incredible value, clear communication regarding postage, prompt delivery, rewards and promotions. I am especially happy with the early learning toys I got for my children. They are interactive & well engineered. The deconstructable truck & kid’s cooking sets are my favourites. Also great way to stock up on all those things you can’t get enough of ; like socks & hair bands. Love that you can customise certain orders like name puzzles.”
“1st 2 orders were good no problems the got email said i got picked open it clicked it it said free shipping for orders over 35.oo i had over 50.00 in bag then it popped up saying spin i did and was suppose to get another 10 percent off it said buy it now to get that offer so i did payment went right through. Then i get the final payment it was over 76.oo so no free shipping actually they charged me 12 dollars shipping and the extra 10 percent off wasnt there its like some of the products actully went up in price .I canceled immediatly as soon as my refund goes through completly im uninstalling the app and im.done this place very misleading ....”

I bought expensive glass cooking pot which cracked while cooking.
No one is responding for replacement or refund.
I have 3 water pipes which i never ordered but in my 3 orders this thing kept on being delivered.
Iam so fed up.
I wish it's returned or refunded both the pipe and the large cooking glass pot”
