“I liked Temu a year ago but now they’re a pain in the neck. All the piojos and wheel spinning and buying before you can search for specific items. Uggggh! And most jewelry charges more shipping than the items cost. Finally, the CONSTANT EMAILS are horrible. I’m done with them.”
“I would give them less than one star if I could. Temu started using a new, cheaper delivery company to cut corners and they are horrible. Three different packages were out for delivery and then never delivered to me and sent back to the warehouse. I was having all of this stuff delivered for a Halloween party and had to rush to get everything I needed after not receiving my packages. They were informed the first time I didn't get my package but said that Uniuni (the company that they started using for delivery) was overwhelmed and didn't make the delivery. You would think they would change their delivery service after many people have complained but they didn't and it happened two more times to me. I am so disappointed in the way they handled it. they couldn't even tell me if the packages would be redelivered and tried to use the same tired excuse that the delivery people were overwhelmed. Iwas a loyal customer, but will never use Temu again.”

Lots of nonsense explanations on the chat, bottomline - no refund on a card, only credit to shop in their fraudster store again and money charged by courier are gone completely. My experience has been very costly, parcels arrived days late the contents were some Items NOT ordered, a couple items incomplete/part missing. Great Overcharge to my credit card and to top it off NOT one "Free Gift" !
ie: Spin the wheel Stopped on Top prize, crack the Golden Egg - Again Top prize ... When I doing my order Temu notices kept coming up .. You have won 4 FREE Items choose, you have still more Free items pick another (X amount), I suppose to have ALL THESE FREE Gifts/Items ! TEMU where are they ? I didn't receive even one & do Not even see some $150+ I have been charged looking at the "Crappy Items" items delivered " Late" 😡.
I bought from Temu couple yrs back several tops, was sent wrong sizes, never worn I gave items away. Thought I would give Temu a second chance, huh more fool me. Temu is a Shame & I am sick & tired of their constant daily messages... Still trying to Conn me further !”
