“I like how all the material and over all was Accessories are for comfort and designed for easy setup and take down. And that every purchase for buying a tent they make a donation to plant trees. That’s what most companies don’t do. Accept this company.”

“Just a warning, your tent WILL take over the 28 days to arrive at your house during these coronavirus times, BUT it’s totally worth the wait, and Tentsile customer service responds all along the way. It would be nice if they’d reach out proactively rather than having to hunt it down every week past the due date, but the product is excellent quality, which is why they’re sold out I’m sure, and it even comes in a really nice bag with detailed instructions. Quit ground sleeping and do this instead!”

“Really loving the tensile UNA(gen 3), it’s perfect for short trips and it’s super comfortable. When I first received it I was initially concerned since it did not come with a ratchet and some the pictures showed that it was included. After contacting Tensile about it, they immediately sent one out to me free of charge and explained that they had many customers who ended up using the weblock instead of the ratchet since it was lighter in weight. Still had an amazing experience and I am in love with this tent!”

“As soon as we received our Tentsile connect we set out for Jackman, Maine to complete the Moose River trip, a 34 mile journey through large ponds and a river that ultimately creates a loop back to the start. We had no trouble setting up at our favorite campsite. The tent was very comfortable, plenty of pockets, and the strap on the bottom of the tent easily made two separate sleeping areas. We appreciated the fact that we didn't have to sleep on the ground, as this landscape was predominated by rocks and roots. We also had peace of mind in knowing that if it rained we would stay dry, as in prior years our tent flooded.”

“I’m really glad that I went with this company for my hammock tent/tree tent the products are made extremely durable and when it comes to customer service as I stated on one of there Facebook posts it’s above any other company I’ve purchased from Alex and the team answered every single question I had and there were many because I wanted to know I was making the right choice I mean let’s face it the price tag isn’t cheap but I’m a firm believer in “you get what you pay for” and these tents are extremely well made and worth every penny so if you’re thinking about it just do it you won’t regret your purchase and if there happens to be any problems the team over there is going to make it right and that’s what sets them apart from another company they take care of their customers..... god speed Alex/team and safe travels/camping.!!!!!!”

“Ich bin trotz etwas Schwierigkeiten in der Lieferung (Corona sei dank!) sehr zufrieden mit dem Produkt, hält absolut was es verschspricht, gut verarbeitet, gute Materalien. E-Mail support hat schnell geantwortet! Bin super zufrieden und kann es nur jedem weiter Empfehlen!”

“This is easily the best purchase I have made this summer - my whole family loves this thing, and we've already spent hours every weekend relaxing in the trees. Couldn't be more impressed with this hammock, and the quality and finish are top notch. Looking forward to many more summers with friends and family hammocking together!”

“I absolutely love it. Definitely an upgrade from. A hammock or a tent. It is sturdy and comfortable and very warm. Takes a bit of getting used to the setup but we feel like pros now. I would recommend to anyone.”

Thanks, Vicki! Yes the first few set ups can take a little longer, but after that it can be pretty swift! We agree it is much for comfortable than a hammock or a ground tent, so thanks for sharing! :)

“To start the customer support is nothing short of amazing. I have owned a tentsile for 5 years now and has been set up all over the place. The tent is durable, light weight, easy to set up, comfortable, and looks like a space ship. After all this time I learned what needed to be approved upon. I can say proudly tentsile uses their product, they listen to reviews and every single issue I thought could be improved has been taken care of since the first model. “I just purchased my 3rd set of product in the past 10 years. I am a single dad with twin boys and we have been having fun with our tents since they were 3 yrs. old. They have grown up camping, going to music festivals and just hanging out in the front yard with there friends. Tentsile has provided an experience my boys will cherish for life.”

“We purchased a tentsile sting ray used from Facebook and didn’t realize the rain fly was ripped. We purchased a new one a week before our camping trip, and did not realize the 20 day delay due to covid. The Wednesday before we were to leave, the package arrived and saved our entire camping trip! Awesome product and customer support!”
