“I hate camping. Every year, my wife and I get into an annual (polite) argument about taking our family of 5 on a camping trip. I always lose this argument, but I still give it a good effort to win each and every year. So, this year, I thought I would totally surprise my wife for her birthday and get her a Tentsile tent. She loves hammock-ing, so I thought the Tentsile Stealth would be a great fit. With the versatility of the Stealth, she is able to use it as a day hammock to lounge on, teach homeschool with our 3 kiddos, or enjoy a picnic; or she can use it during our annual family camping trip/argument as an overnight shelter. So, three weeks ago, the dreaded family camping trip occurred. Honestly though, I was a little excited to try out the Tentsile, even though I wasn't super excited about the rest of the trip. I discovered something; I don't think I hate camping, I think I've hated camping on the ground! The comfort and the novelty of sleeping "in the air" awoke my long dormant inner child. I felt like I was sleeping in my childhood treehouse! Hands down, this past camping trip was my absolute favorite. It's amazing how much a comfortable and adventurous tent choice affected my entire experience. As I write this review, I'm currently visiting my in-laws...and guess what? I brought the Tentsile along, set it up in their backyard and have voluntarily chosen to sleep in it the past two nights! Don't worry, my marriage isn't on the rocks, nor do I have a bad relationship with the in-laws...it's because my sons and nephews have been so excited to enjoy the Tentsile experience while we visit! My wife said to me yesterday, "Who are you now!?" Thank you Tentsile...you've changed my view on camping and helped bring peace to an 18 year long feud.”

“Our tensile is amazing. We love the stack and have been wanting one for years. Certainly is an investment but one worth making. My kids have never had so much fun. Our first camping trip with it was great. A camping trip the kids will never forget. The stack is an ingenious idea. The materials are of a fine quality and they really have thought of everything in its design. It took me 2 hrs to set up the stack the first time myself (mostly because I’m a rookie) But my confidence as to what I’m doing only grows as I use it more. The only issue we had with our order was that we ordered orange walls and got green. Customer service was very accommodating and offered to exchange them or give us a gift card. We are already making plans for more Tentsile camping in the coming months.”

“This tent is absolutely amazing! after watching a video we got it set up and under 20 minutes and it was the most comfortable camping experience we've ever had! We really love all of the storage pockets and how much fun the tent is!”

“I bought the Trillium 3.0 3 person hammock to set up in my backyard for my 3 and 1 year old daughters to play on. I figured they would have fun with it but was not prepared for how much kids love this thing. It is the highlight of every gathering we have and is always filled with kids playing happily. It's so fun to see the kids making up games on the "hammock trampoline" as they call it. The stellar design from the team at Tentsile allows for tons of bouncy fun and it is much easier for kids to stay safe and in control than a trampoline. It's also nice to be able to relax in the hammock using it for it's intended purpose after the kids are in bed. To top it all off the team at Tentsile provide exceptional customer service throughout the whole process. 10/10 would buy again. Already looking at buying a second to try some stacking fun.”

“Took me a while to get it but that’s because the shipping people lost it but tentsile was able to get it resolved. I took it out the first day I got it and I LOVE it. Mind you I’m a pretty heavy person (200 ish.) and I slept SUPER comfortable. I typically hate sleeping on the ground even with a sleep pad. This is a game changer. Took me about 10-15 min to set it up right the first time and to get it tight enough. But I’m in love with it so far. Not an ounce of buyers remorse. Side note, I did have a friend get in it with me just to see how well it would work and we were both able to get in it comfortably.”

“My Tentsile order had some slight problems, but ! only one email to the tensile team changed that immediately. The product is great fun for us, my kids love it, its really fast on the trees and back in the car. I can recomend it for a fun day out with a slight feeling of a Wookiee in a tree house. My kids also used it as an trampolin and also that is no problem for the stifnes of the base ! so if you are thinking of buying it head for it :) !”

“We had two separate orders of a Connect and the ground conversion kit. Both are fantastic! While it did take a couple of tries to get the tent set up, once we got the hang of it everything was perfect. Very comfy, very easy to set up and use.”

Thank you for your comments and feedback. Yes indeed, you are absolutely correct. It takes a couple of attempts to pitch up, but once you get it right, our products are extremely comfortable and we are confident you will not go back to sleeping on the ground ;) Happy having out in the Trees!

“Very solid, structurally sound design capable of surpassing expectations given a seven and five year olds abuse. Challenging geometrical problem solving to find appropriate tree layout. Ultimately satisfying and wonderful tool to entice anyone outside to enjoy the wonders of nature. Save up or do what you must to purchase this amazing tool to get kid’s happily away from electronics and into the fresh open air!”

“Can’t wait for the next camping adventure! Just received my Tentsile, stingray, generation 3 tree tent and I couldn’t be more excited! It is beautiful and seems super strong. Weighs 26 pounds, so it’s a bit heavy but not too much! Can’t wait to try it out.”

“I have always loved the outdoors and as an adventurous person, Tensile has made my passion for the outdoors 100 times more exhilarating! Also, being a climber and an explorer, I can now sleep the part! Hahah, I absolutely love Tensile Tree tents!! I have shared your products with my future wife and her kids! Not to mention I utilized being way off the ground, suspended in mid air as a means to introduce the great outdoors to two young adolescent girls who have never been outdoors and knowing full well how it can be scary for first timers, I was concerned because I didn't want their first trip ruined by anything. Well, thanks to my Tensile Stingray Tree Tent, they WANT to do it again. I also have your Tensile Flight AND your 3rd gen Safari Stingray. Currently waiting on a Leave No Trace kit and ladder. I cant wait to use My new Safari! I am hooked and will never sway from choosing a Tree Tent and will always recommend it to anyone! I already have, too! Lol”

“I was astonished by the speed my tent reached me. Within three weeks! And I thought it was going to take at least a couple o' months. The tent itself is 'beyond'. You have an certain Idea of what it might be when you see the pictures on the website, but when you got your package, and you unwrap it and install the tent, which is not that difficult, the experience of sleeping in it, hanging in the air, into nothingness ... I know I'm just repeating in words now what you might presume after seeing the pictures, but you have to experience it. You can't explain. The feeling of lightness, the resilience of the floor, the slightest movement makes you go gently up and down, it's like sleeping in a womb I guess. You also sleep exceptionally well. Anyway . I'm a proud an happy owner of a Tentsile. Which is, in a way, a burden for friends and acquantances, I have to learn to shut up about it. But .... still need some time for that.”
