“The Customer service has been excellent. The Flite tent itself is very good, there is a bit of a learning curve to it but once you figure it out it's pretty easy to set up in a comfortable way.”

“Truly a unique experience, I’ve brought it on a couple trips and put the tent up in some cool locations I’ve always wanted to try, this tent was a dream of mine when I first saw it a couple years ago, it has not disappointed”

“I had an exceptionally good experience with Tentsile! They take customer service and satisfaction extremely serious. I bought a - what I thought was a Tentsile tree tent online. Unfortunately it happened to be a fake. The seller ensured me that it was a sister company that produced the same tents under a different name but with the same quality. I reached out to Tentsile to ask if that was true. It wasn't. And then their reaction exceeded all my expectations. They asked me to send them the fake tent and gave me a brand new, real Tentsile in return. The communication was extremely friendly and they were so helpful! I've been using my Tentsile Connect for 2 years now and I am super happy with it. It's such an amazing feeling to climb up into your tent and just sleep up there in the trees. The whole system is so easy and simple to put up and take down again. I absolutely love it! Thanks again for this exceptional service.”

“Magic nights with our safari connect under the trees with fresh air and view. It tooks us 30 mn to really get it set up for the first time but after that only 10 mn. Easy to pack back. Our dog slept beneath us and we appreciated all the places to put our stuff. Solid materials. The challenge is to find the spot you like and the trees corresponding. Good luck and enjoy.”

Thanks for sharing, Christian. Indeed, they are magic nights under the stars - with the rainfly off, one can certainly see the whole night sky! And that's about right - the first set-up always takes a little longer, then 10 mins is about right. Glad the dog felt safe too! have a great summer playing and exploring in your Tentsile! 👍

“I have been absolutely loving my Tentsile Flite. I recently went on a trip to an area covered in marshes that would have been otherwise impossible to camp in, and found some perfect trees that suspended me above the habitat. I spent the whole morning listening to the crabs crawl beneath me and the birds fly overhead. My main concern buying this tent was the availability of trees that would be positioned right for the tent to work, but found them super easily as I realized it did not need to be a perfect triangle to have strong suspension! Super fun tent, would buy again in a heartbeat.”

Thanks, Jasper. Sounds like you not only know how to use a Tentsile! (Yey! - Exactly right: the three trees do not need to be in a perfect triangle), but also know how to enjoy one too - birds flying over with crabs crawling underneath! Love it! Happy camping this summer. Nice one!:)

“Received my order in a timely manner. The box was in great shape. Instructions were easy to read. All items ere in great condition and we've had a blast with the 2 person camping hammock in the back yard so far. Can't wait to take it out on our camping trip later this summer. 5 stars!!!”

“Tentsile has completely reignited my love for the great outdoors. Raised in Alaska, I spent so much of my young life camping, hiking, and wandering the forest. As an adult in the city, I became so far removed and lacked the motivation to make the effort. My Tentsile tent and hammocks have pulled me back to the adventurous, tree climbing child inside. I find myself planning every park day, weekend trip, hike, and vacation, around whether or not I will be near enough to trees that will allow me to setup my Trillium. It has even brought me closer to my partner who never enjoyed camping or hiking until he experienced my Flite. Now I’m getting calls at my office on Friday afternoons telling me that he has packed the tents and hammocks and is ready to pick me up for a weekend in the mountains! I could go on and on… suffice it to say, I love my Tensile tents and hammocks, and I can honestly say that they’ve changed my life.”

“My husband and I love our Tentsile tree tent. We have the Safari stingray version and it is soo comfortable to sleep in! We love how just the two of us can set it up quickly. At first it took us a while but as you use it more you get a rhythm it takes us about 10 minutes to set it up completely. Recently bought the side covers and ground conversion kit and it was the best. We like how we can put our chairs underneath and relax without bugs! Only downfall is I wish it had a little more height to the conversion kit.”

Thanks for the feedback, Monica! You are absolutely right - after a bit of learning, it can take only 5-10 minutes to set up. (Took me almost an hour on my first ever try all those years ago! hehe). “I tend to go camping in the British Summer. So have to be prepared for lots of rain, and every time I've strung up my Tentsile between the trees, it's poured. The rain cover has always stayed waterproof and kept me dry. And being up in the trees, ( not the great heights seen in some photos, just high enough off the ground to park my bike under) there's no chance of water seeping in from below. Where others are getting wet and soggy in the mud, I'm floating smugly a few feet above it all.”

“There is nothing better then hanging out in the forest in our tentsile, the views we get to see and the good nights sleep. Easy to set up - have yet to book a site where there isn’t a place to set it up. If we aren’t camping then it is set up in our backyard as mamas hideout.”
