“My fridge I bought is meant to be portable. It doesn't work in my partners truck or my car. Have got it plugged into the wall socket in my apartment and it works fine.”

Sorry to hear you're having problems with your new fridge Ngakina. Sounds like something very strange is happening if its working on 240v but not 12v/24v. If you've already looked in the instruction manual, and cannot find anything to help the next best thing to do would be to call Dometic on 1800 21 21 21 and they'll be able to help you troubleshoot on the phone. “They should be a lot more loyal and flexible to returning customers I found a girl from furntreygully store to be very rude over $70 I made on a laybuy and wanted to swap the money to another laybuy, after spending many thousands of dollars there I thought this was laughable and the best way to lose a customer and many others maybe the company has to have a look from the top and change some stupid policies to make reality!!!”
