Just taken our first delivery by Tesco’s. All items received, brilliant. Left at the door as we are self isolating. The young man who made the delivery was friendly and very courteous, should have asked his name.

ABSOLUTE DISGRACE THAT THE STAFF WORKING AT THE STORE IN BALBY DONCASTER THINK THEY ARE IMMUNE FROM COVID 19 - WALKING CLOSELY TO CUSTOMERS WITH THE 2M GUIDELINE - HAPPILY SPREADING THE DISEASE FROM PERSON TO PERSON - WELL DONE TESCO YOU HAVE ONCE AGAIN GAVE ME REASON TO SHOP AT ALDI WHERE YOU CAN HAVE UNLIMITED CONTACTLESS AND NO REASON TO BE AFRAID TO SHOP BECAUSE OF THE UNEDUCATED - SELFISH - ARROGANT STAFF YOU EMPLOY ( SOME ARE NICE THOUGH )

We had our first ever Tesco home delivery yesterday in Wakefield on 12 the May at 4.30 What a great experience all our items bar one delivered to our door in carriers by a very polite young man ( wish I had asked his name )We are shielding and been living off what we could it was such a nice experience to order what we wanted without the fear of walking round a supermarket. I love the way they keep us informed and give us a very precise sheet to check or delivery with.We had 3 items substituted with adequate replacements .Only downside is we would use this regularly but can't get snore slots . Thank you Tesco for a great service and thank you to the packer everything was fresh and had a long use by date ...

I’ve just read a very similar review to mine, regarding fruit and veg. Mandarins and “sweet” easy peelers of such wide quality, ranging from acceptable to tasteless and even rotten. Grapes seemingly sold with no quality checks. Bought 2 packs of SA red recently, both covered with mould. Returned to the store, all that is offered is replacement. Far too much delivery produce close or even on final date when received and frequently in poor condition. I’ve given up with paying quality prices for sub standard food and will shop elsewhere. (After 30 years as a customer) One positive, staff at my local Tesco store In Kesgrave are lovely and very helpful and I will miss seeing them.

Fiona at our Heysham store was lovely she has always been smiling and helpful throughout this difficult COVID19 period. They Heysham store staff have been kind and friendly and organised a good system to get people in and out and the shelves have remained stocked throughout with the essentials. Thank you to Fiona and the rest of the team there.

We have been shopping using the online Grocery Shopping delivery service for many years now and we are totally disgusted that Tesco has made no priority to existing customers (who were very small in numbers - even on Tesco's own figures) for delivery slots during this epidemic. Many of the existing customers, like ourselves, had no transport or were disabled. But have had no chance of getting a delivery slot booked. That idiot Chairman of there's sends out e-mails saying they have the Government list for the priority. But those on that list DO NOT INCLUDE people who are disabled and were probably already using the on-line service in the first place. Even my father of 92 does not qualify and does not meet the Governments list of vulnerable people. Well I can tell you when this virus is done. We will not be using the Tesco service again. And even though there's a lot of messing around setting up with another provider. That's what we will be doing in the future.

Out of date food, rotting fruit! Have had two deliveries in last couple of months having rarely ordered before - both with issues including: Items delivered that were already Out of date Rotting, mouldy orange and grapes Very short date eg bread with date for following day - couldn’t hope to eat whole loaf by then Dates of others were well before the advertised dates with the products on website Items ordered after closing night before were suddenly not available and yet I could still order all of them the following day when delivery arrived Know it’s a difficult time but it didn’t need to be this bad

My experience with Tesco’s Priority slots has been a Joke, Even though they took money in advance for delivery service for midweek slots I have been having as a loyal customer I am not sure about the legal situation on this matter but I feel Tesco’s have broken what I deemed to be a contract of delivery service. There are stores out there making far better efforts than Tesco’s during this crisis. I am by the way in the vulnerable category. That is just a little extra from me as you are only concerned with a big extra for your share holders. I saw your interview on BBC news today and saw mr Lewis saying he is aiming at reaching one point two million customers the interview was one big gloat. Tesco’s have really not got to grips at all with this crisis there are stores out there doing a much better job of it and I don’t need to be told by you to change
