We have been shopping using the online Grocery Shopping delivery service for many years now and we are totally disgusted that Tesco has made no priority to existing customers (who were very small in numbers - even on Tesco's own figures) for delivery slots during this epidemic. Many of the existing customers, like ourselves, had no transport or were disabled. But have had no chance of getting a delivery slot booked. That idiot Chairman of there's sends out e-mails saying they have the Government list for the priority. But those on that list DO NOT INCLUDE people who are disabled and were probably already using the on-line service in the first place. Even my father of 92 does not qualify and does not meet the Governments list of vulnerable people. Well I can tell you when this virus is done. We will not be using the Tesco service again. And even though there's a lot of messing around setting up with another provider. That's what we will be doing in the future.

Out of date food, rotting fruit! Have had two deliveries in last couple of months having rarely ordered before - both with issues including: Items delivered that were already Out of date Rotting, mouldy orange and grapes Very short date eg bread with date for following day - couldn’t hope to eat whole loaf by then Dates of others were well before the advertised dates with the products on website Items ordered after closing night before were suddenly not available and yet I could still order all of them the following day when delivery arrived Know it’s a difficult time but it didn’t need to be this bad

My experience with Tesco’s Priority slots has been a Joke, Even though they took money in advance for delivery service for midweek slots I have been having as a loyal customer I am not sure about the legal situation on this matter but I feel Tesco’s have broken what I deemed to be a contract of delivery service. There are stores out there making far better efforts than Tesco’s during this crisis. I am by the way in the vulnerable category. That is just a little extra from me as you are only concerned with a big extra for your share holders. I saw your interview on BBC news today and saw mr Lewis saying he is aiming at reaching one point two million customers the interview was one big gloat. Tesco’s have really not got to grips at all with this crisis there are stores out there doing a much better job of it and I don’t need to be told by you to change

CORONA VIRUS JOKE........ SAT 4TH APRIL 2020 12:45 . MAN BEGGING ASKING FOR MONEY FROM CUSTOMERS LINED UP OUTSIDE SHOP. ALL THIS IN FULL VIEW OF THE 'SECURITY' MAN OUTSIDE THE STORE WHO WAS USHERING IN CUSTOMERS. IF THIS WAS NOT ENOUGH OF A HEALTH AND SAFETY ISSUE THIS 'SECURITY OFFICER' WAS ACTUALLY AND PERIODICALLY ENGAGING IN CONVERSATION WITH THIS MAN SCROUNGING LOOSE CHANGE FROM A DISTANCE OF LESS THAN 1/2 A METRE...... AND GET THIS !! ------- 'SECURITY' GUY EVEN HANDS THE GUY SCROUNGING CASH LOOSE CHANGE. REPORTED TO TESCO SCOTLAND AND THEIR COMPLAINTS DEPARTMENT. I HAVE LEFT THIS FEEDBACK BECAUSE TESCO COMPLAINTS WERE VERY MATTER OF FACT ABOUT THE WHOLE THING AND GAVE THE IMPRESSION THAT THIS WAS NOT TOO MUCH OF AN ISSUE. AND TESCO - IF YOU DOUBT MY COMPLAINT JUST CHECK YOUR CCTV AT THE AFOREMENTIONED TIME. YOU ALL SEEM TO BE IN A BIT OF A DOZE. WAKE UP THIS IS A SERIOUS ISSUE !!

I am registered disabled and rely on my Tesco delivery service for my groceries. upper rate of mobility means just that. Tesco have completely abandoned the disabled and will not deliver to us. I live alone and have had a big F you from tesco. to say i am disgusted is an understatement. while i feel very sorry for people with cancer, unless this is what you have or respiratory problems you are not in need of delivery. when all this is over i think the loyal disabled customers will remember how we were treated

Like others on this site I too have shopped with Tesco for 40 years. We are all aware of the current crisis. Whilst you state that online delivery think before you click like anyone is going to take any notice. I'm in the vulnerable catagory that's why I have my groceries delivered. Can I get a slot not a chance. For all the loyal customers Tesco you have shown no loyalty to us who have already taken and paid for a delivery service. All you care about is how much money your taking and you don't care who from. This crisis will end and when it does a lot of your loyal customers will be shopping elsewhere.

Have used home delivery for over ten years but now find it impossible to get a delivery slot. Our delivery plan has been cancelled and we have been left high and dry. My wife and I both have health conditions and are not able to go shopping ourselves. Fortunately our local farm shop is able to deliver on a weekly basis. So much for loyalty with Tesco’s. After 40 plus years of shopping with Tesco’s we will definitely be taking our business elsewhere in future.

I have shopped on line for my aunt, she lives in London and I live in Wales, she is not computer savvy, have been doing this for years as she is unable to leave the house, in now actually bed bound, but their delivery system is a disgrace, never mind what time of day or night I try to get her a slot there is never one available, like other get the message I'm in a queue but never get a slot as when the page refreshes they are all booked, i have tried virtually every hour of the day and night, literally sitting at my PC for hours at a time, their slogan of EVERY LITTLE HELPS should be dropped

Thank you Tesco Workers. We felt like we’d won the lottery when our delivery of groceries arrived! Yes there were lots of substitutes but that’s to be expected and they were carefully chosen. We used them all. With a parent with dementia this is even more appreciated. Your team are putting themselves on the line so we can stay safe and we won’t forget it. You are indeed key workers and deserve much praise. Well done and a huge THANKS x

I am absolutely disgusted with my online shop, after waiting over 2.5 weeks I hardly got anything I ordered & to think I can go to my local express & pick up stuff that I never received tonight in my long awaited shop which I did, I feel this is terrible service, I won’t rush to order from you again when this pandemic is over.

We are over 70, one of us is an extremely vulnerable adult and we live off grid in an isolated country area. We experienced our first ever online delivery today and it was superb. The driver was on time and he was especially professional, friendly and helpful. Although we did not get a few of the goods ordered and there were some substitutions, all in all it was a very positive experience. Thank you.

I fully understand the current situation .... however yesterday we had finally got a delivery slot, but somehow our card got flagged up with bank as unusual activity, so we contacted Tesco by phone and gave a new card which was fine, BUT this information was not passed to the delivery driver who then didn’t deliver. This morning we were told to collect it from store, we have 2 vulnerable people in our household so not happy at all, they wouldn’t even move to any day of their choice .... I wouldn’t order from Tesco again

I understand supermarkets are under great stress due to the current coronavirus crisis. However I am 8 and a half months pregnant and live with my mother who I care for as she has several severe health conditions.  We are unable to leave the house and for 2 nights in a row I have stayed up to try and get a delivery slot, as click and collect isn’t ideal.  I was on the app completing my shop from about 23.00, only to be put into a queue at 23.55 and when I was finally let back in all delivery spots were full.  Both me and my mother have been long time customers but am extremely angry at the service on the app and will look to shop elsewhere in the future.
