“since lockdownwe have been having using deliveries originally and now click and collect. Just want to say that the delivery drivers have been really helpful and nice. Now my husband does click and collect at Kinson Bournemouth every Friday or Saturday morning at 8am. He is really impressed with the service and the young man who does the van at that time. He knows my husband now and is really polite and helpful. Well done to him. Thank you.also any problems we have had with any goods on the order the service staff on the phone are really good . we intend to use this service all the time now.”
“AVOID TESCO OR RISK BEING LEFT WITH NO FOOD OR MONEY
If I could give Tesco a rating of no stars then that would be appropriate.
This is the second time Tesco has left me with no food but have taken my money.
Shop showed as delivered, so I called (the lady was very lovely) to enquire. She looked into it for me and she was told that the van my order should have been on the driver was off sick and had been put on other vans but would be late. I said that would be no problem as I needed the delivery.
At 9:50pm the lady called me back to say that my order hadn't gone out and that a duty manager would call me tomorrow to rearrange my delivery but couldn't guarantee when that would be and there would be no guarantee of a delivery tomorrow. The duty manager is there! Then why aren't they calling their customers!
I am now left with no food and a family to feed. Oh but Tesco have my money, so after working all week my family time will be taken away, as well as the embarrassment of having to borrow money and then go and do a food shop.
Tesco you are a disgrace and should not be allowed to take people's money and not provide the service/goods.
People avoid at all costs.

“I have been really, really surprised today at how kind and helpful my Tesco Delivery has been. Andrew Worral rang us from outside our old house (I had forgotten to update the delivery details) and arranged to meet me so I could still collect my shopping from him. Entirely my fault, but he was very kind and helpful. Even helped me load it into my car. I am very grateful.”

“Ordered home delivery last week to apartments in the apartment block, when arrived driver told me it's unsafe for him to enter the block ( both of us was wearing masks) left me with 4 cases in front of the gate and drove away, it took me a while to bring heavy boxes to my apartments, what's the point of that service? Cancelled all my business with that company and will never shop with them again”

“Order not delivered. The man on telephone could not sort it out. Said he would ring me back. Rang back but still not sorted. Said he would ring back later. 3 hours later still no call. I rang again to get someone different. She said the van had broken down and I should have had a message. Could deliver tomorrow only at 10 pm. I said that wasn't convenient but was told it was that slot or nothing. Got an email the following day to say the order was cancelled but they had still taken payment and would refund me between 3 to 5 days. Shocking!!!!!!”
“I ordered a Tefal Wok and picked up some groceries with it. I chose my delivery date and sat back looking forward to this Wok. Groceries were delivered, Wok wasn't. They had run out of stock!
I went back online and the Wok was still in stock! I ordered again this time with no groceries. I picked the only available delivery date 2 weeks away!. To my dismay the delivery driver arrives with a Tesco branded Wok instead! No stock.
I refused the item and was told it will be refunded automatically. 3 weeks later I noticed it hadn't.
I had to make a phone call last night to get it done.
No apology. My request for a good will gesture for my unpleasant experience declined.
Never again will I use this brand.”

Absolutely impossible you would think that a large store like Tesco would be able to provide you with a fresh loaf, not so every delivery I get is the same that’s why I have decided to use Another store near us they have said that they can get fresh bread every day! “I purchased the own brand Tesco dishwasher tablets. I have to advise that this is a really bad product. Despite washing my tea cups twice over there still was a stain left in them. The tablets also do not clean the dishes properly leaving debris. Please please forward this to your product department for constructive criticism. I switched to Finish Dishwasher tablets and what a massive difference. I would never go back to Tesco brand and would rather pay more. Very disappointed.”
“Beware ordering a meal deal online. One item was missing and consequently the savings you think you are going to get disappear. You do get some discount but nothing like you would have got had the items been available. Crazy thing was that the particular item they said they couldn't deliver was still showing as available Total savings on order as presented should have been £11.58. Actual savings £5.44 and minus the bottle of wine i ordered. Never again Tesco”
