“i bought online and picked up from shop i was disapointed that if i had bought them in store i would have got a £10 voucher for spending over£50 as i spent a lot more than £50 online and only got £5voucher i dont think it is fair as some of the products i purchesed they dont sell in store”

“A member of staff helped me to immediatelly find goods and helped fill my trolley, which made for a good speedy shopping trip. (Am disabled and on crutches). Would recommend this store which is spacious and clean.”

“They staff are there when required and helpful with every aspect of your shop. However the employees service can slack sometimes at self service due to staff talking among themselves and almost forgetting they’re managing self service.”

“I shopped in Tesco at Silverburn, Glasgow today and was served by some really nice staff. What a change from some stores. The man at the fish counter, the lady at the meat counter and the girl on the till were all friendly and chatty and made me feel that my custom was important. I sometimes find Tesco a little expensive in relation to some other supermarkets but today's service makes it worthwhile.”
