The shelves are often empty, not attempt is made to correct the problem, cheese buns on the bread counter are missing from the bread counter at 4 Tesco shops within 15 miles of home so now don't bother with Tesco. No wonder they complain about not selling enough products. If you haven't got the products you cannot make a sale and therefore you cannot make money. Even the monkeys in London Zoo might tell the buyers that!!!!!!!

Don’t order from Tesco if you want any guarantee it will arrive. We placed an order a week in advance for some soft drinks for our wedding - all confirmed without an issue. On the day, nothing arrived and it turned out the store manager had decided he didn’t fancy delivering it so cancelled the whole order without telling us. No way to now get it delivered from them - unbelievably poor service.

Purchased a t-shirt from Tesco using the Click & Collection function - item was dispatched in good time despite interruption from the 'Beast from the East'. However it was not clear to me why the t-shirt varied in price varied from £8 in black to £10 in pink, and then the pink t-shirt arrived with an £8 label attached (despite costing £10).

Having been a Tesco customer for years shopping on line for my weekly grocery. Tesco have switched my online place of shopping to Crediton .In my favourites I had over 40 items that were unavailable or temporally out of stock, I thought temporally meant what it says not bloody weeks. I have spoken to the manager about the useless stock they have and the despicable delivery times my shopping has arrived. First time arrived 1 hour 10 minutes late, next time over 1hour early. Every time poor substitutes, items missing. This last time NO ham, NO Tesco beef burgers, and NO stilton cheese. They have discontinued so many items that I used to be able to buy it is stupid. They no longer stock my cat’s favourite food. The stupid manager who seemed like a wet weekend admitted some were good sellers. With my last order, I cashed in all my vouchers and they can get stuffed. I have switched to Asda.

The only thing you get with Tesco's delivery saver is a delivery slot, the food they deliver is pot luck and this happens every week, this week I had three substandard alternatives (if I wanted to buy rubbish I would've chosen it) I also ordered some pork sausages and they didn't have them and on the receipt they said no appropriate substitution available, unbelievable (No ******* Sausages) so I went online typed in the name sausages and counted 22 different varieties before I stopped as I got fed up. I am disabled and if they do not substitute what I order I have to go without as I'm virtually housebound. I'm going to buy some shares in Tesco's because it's my grandson's birthday next week and he said to me grandad, can I have a cowboy outfit for my birthday...................................

Excellent service from Tesco home delivery service. The delivery driver was so helpful even unloading the goods in my kitchen after carrying them up two flights of stairs. The products are always so fresh and are great value.

David McGregor at Tesco Direct phone help line is without a doubt employee of the month in my opinion. I was having problems getting an order online and he helped out without any hesitation. Top marks

Delivery to store delayed. Re delivery will not be attempted over the weekend so items are 4 days late so miss when I needed them by. No communication whatsoever about this. Really poorly managed.

I ordered a set of drawers and delivery was organised for the Saturday. That Saturday I waiting in all day with no delivery of text/email to let me know what was happening and when I called I was told they were on route. 2 days later, with no pre-warning the company delivered the drawers and a neighbour kindly took them in for me. Drawers arrived scratched. I telephoned to ask for a replacement and they confirmed they would collect the faulty ones at the same time and I would receive a text/email to give me a timeslot instead of me having to stay in all day. I received no text/email prior to the day of delivery and when I called to try and gain this information the customer service was awful and basically said sorry can't help. When they delivered the replacement drawers they then refused to take faulty ones away. The replacement ones where also damaged. So now I have two sets on faulty drawers waiting to be collected and I cannot get a refund until these have been collected. I will never order anything from Tesco again and would never recommend this company.

Diabetics everywhere be aware. Although I agree all staff were very polite . There is one thing that people need to know. I went for my diabetic eye test during which I suffered a hypo none of the staff in vision express had any knowledge or experience concerning this very serious illness. I even check with the Tesco manager who also did not understand about diabetes. I had a 7 mile journey back home and only just made it . I feel if any company is offering diabetics a service there staff should should be educated regarding this serious illness before someone dies.

I went to Tesco esso in Dartford with my mother and the gentleman that served us was amazing while I was filling up the car my elderly mother had to pick up some shopping, the kind gentleman had packed all her bags and assisted her in carrying her shopping to the car, which doesn't happen in many stores. We both feel he should get some recognition he was cheery and polite complete true gentleman. We noticed on his name badge as Steve and would like to say a big thank as you sure don't get this service anywhere else
