I understand the weather has been bad and i have made three different delivery dates.iI was supposed to have delivery today sunday 4/3/18 between 10-11am.at 12 midday i still hadnt recieved goods.looked on my order details on line said they had been delivered !!!!phoned tesco they said this meant the order had been cancelled-weather fine raining road clear.no text or email message.very poor service.

GI placed an order to be delivered between 3-4pm on Saturday earliest time lot available, whilst it was raining the snow had cleared and roads OK When the order didn't arrive I phoned to be told all weekend orders had been cancelled, We were not informed. To make matters worse knowing that my husband was just out of hospital and I am elderly in poor health my neighbour offered to pick up anything I needed, I told her we were OK as I had done an online shop. I was only desperate for Bread and milk, but by the time we had been let down all our local shops and our nearest Tesco superstore had no milk or bread left on the shelves, and apparently no deliveries were expected until Monday or Tuesday. To say unhappy withe Tesco would be putting it way too mildly. I was offered an e voucher for fifteen pounds which when it arrived was for ten pounds, and seems to require printing or a PIN number However it does not solve my currant problem and I am now likely to try shopping elsewhere

TESCO ONLINE HAS ALWAYS BEEN A VERY GOOD WEBSITE, EASY TO USE AND VERY EFFICIENT.

Didn't expect a delivery on Wed. However I really think Tesco's could have sent a text or email to let customers know so we could have made other arrangements. We are both disabled and rely totally on our shopping deliveries. Not a happy customer.

I didn’t expect my delivery tonight due to the snow however it would have been nice for tesco to phone me and have the courtesy to let me know it had been cancelled, like the customer service message says Tesco would- rather than me having to spend 25 minutes holding on the phone to be told it had been cancelled! Not impressed

I shop on line, driver always on time with normally no more then 2 substitute items. All food is well wrapped and fresh. I've only had the odd occasion where the substitute items have had to be sent back as they were totality unsuitable and the driver has been quite happy to take them .I have tried other shops but have found Tesco to be the most suitable for my family needs

Thank you to the Tesco grocery delivery team for such fantastic service today. The snowy weather conditions in rural Kent this morning were treacherous and yet my groceries were delivered safely - a bit later than booked but I was amazed that the delivery wasn't cancelled. And the delivery man wouldn't even accept a cup of tea as he had to get on to the next delivery. Well done Tesco employees - I hope everyone got back to their depots safely.

Ordered an item from Tesco direct. When I collected it from Tesco it was the wrong size and wrong colour. Had to take it back to the shop. No apology....nothing from Tesco! They then processed it as a return. Then they said that I had bought it from a 3rd party and had to post the item back myself and expect a refund! Checked all my emails and payment details to find I had been dealing solely with Tesco Direct! I had to issue a Letter before County Court claim to Dave Lewis, (Tesco CEO), before they gave me a refund! Tesco asked for a review and then would not publish it!!!!!

Clear and easy structure of the website. Offers highlighted and shipping process very simple. Friendly staff delivering and always calling to check if you are at home for an earlier drop off.

Prices rising regularly products not great in comparison to Asda . Only use Tesco’s when I only need a couple of things and I’m always annoyed at the price Just had a Tesco’s hot chocolate FUDGE cake and was really disappointed as there is no fudge in sight and is basically just a chocolate sponge cake
