I recently ordered party food for my 70th birthday. It was delivered by an excellent driver and the food was excellent.I highly recommend this service for Quality food for reasonable prices. Many thanks

There's an awesome member of staff at brownhills on the tills called Sam Davies he is very polite and helpful he also has a happy way about him he's a credit to Tesco and I hope he gets rewarded for it 😀

Terrible service. Brought a TV which constantly turns itself off or freezes. Was told I had to buy a USB for them to send me an update. They then said that they would post one out which didn't come. After chasing I finally got this and the update didn't work. They now want to take my TV for at least two days to repair with a mere £15 as compensation. The TV I have only had for 5 months and has had this issue from the start. Terrible customer service, would highly recommend a different supermarket

I am disgusted that Tescos have done away with all bags on a so called Trial basis yet the delivery drivers tell me otherwise. No bags means that all online food deliveries are loose in heavy crates making it twice as long to unpack! Delivery drivers reluctant to help, they just stand there like lemons watching and waiting, looking fed up whilst you try and unload the crates. If you have a particular large shop and ask for help you get thrown excuses such as my delivery driver telling me he had a bad back so I replied so do I and don't talk about loose items such as fruit or veg rolling around all over the floor. This is a big mistake Tescos. The old, infirm, those with disabilities or physical problems cannot be expected to dive in to crates to unload each item at a time. Why not give us paper bags like other supermarkets and shops and don't throw environmental issues at me as yours do not add up! You used to provide paper bags for our fruit and veg! It takes too long to unload these crates, the delivery drivers are all complaining as are the customers. It's a very bad idea and I will no longer be ordering my food shop from Tescos online. You have gone down the cheap and nasty route. I actually feel sorry for the delivery drivers. Although I'm always polite, they have customers who are not and bark orders at them in order to unload these crates. You really really didn't think this through did you.

I visited the Llandudno Junction Store over the weekend and was really impressed at how clean it looked. As soon as you walked through the door the floor looked like an ice rink so clean and shiny. All too often the cleaning staff of any store get overlooked, massive compliments to these cleaners

Today June 25th 2019 the cafe at Exeter Tesco have myself and my husband a awful service kept waiting for ages while a staff member was served then when I asked for a cheese sandwich I was abruptly told all we have are on the shelf I pointed out you advertise freshly made sandwiches also that I have allergies tomatoes then I was offered afresh made sandwiche then I was asked white or brown bread I said Brown please then after waiting again I was asked again white or brown bread I said have told you Brown she said I forgettable were not clean staff standing around no soap in the toilets dreadful experience my till receipt is 48/7511

Absolutely Disgusting Advert the lady with the green swimming suit grosly over weight what in God's name would you even begin to think this is anyway healthy and better still promote this to young people? Absolutely lost for words & shame on you Tesco you should be making young people be healthy & exercise not the likes of this gross human being yuk!

Thanks Tesco. You have closed your fish counters and deli counters, so that I now have to go to Morrisons for these. So... whilst I am at Morrisons fish counter and meat counters I do ALL my shopping there. I also get my petrol and Diesel from Morrisons. I was told that Tesco did a survey and found that customers no longer want choices of fresh fish or meat. Where did you do that survey, I wonder? I am confident that Tesco carry out surveys where they know they will get the results they would like. This company refuses to listen or to care about its customers. So why should I care about giving my custom to Tesco. 59% of reviewers recommend Tesco. This is a pretty poor result.

Tesco is not that bad quick and easy same with deliveries BUT don’t buy any MEAT.! Stinking even with good BB Date, opened pack of chicken smelled awful and had mould inside 3 DAYS BEFORE ITS BBD !!!!!

I ordered on line. My shopping wasn’t delivered, money was debited from my bank account. Somebody call me and said my order was cancelled cause of absence and I will get my money back while 5 days. On app on line it’s said order was delivered! Excuse me?? Is that a joke? It was last time when I ordered my food in Tesco! I am totally disappointed. To shut me up I got £10 to use it in Tesco for next shopping 😂. No thank you ! I want my money back. U froze my money for 5 days! Is that ok? Never again! No recommend at all. The worse shop ever!
