ZERO STARS! Each time I have made a food order from the store of Borehamwood I've had issues with the deliveries, this has been ongoing for the past year. Each time I have asked the customer service team to ask the store manager to contact me this has not happened and time and time again the same issues arise. The most recent issue occurred on 26/08/2022. I had been home all evening awaiting a delivery to arrive between 9pm-10pm. 10:10pm had come and I had called to be provided with an update as to my order. I was directed to a very unhelpful Andy whom addressed himself as "customer service manager". His response to each query was "I can't help you what that" "I can't do that" this was his explanation for everything. I was told that the delivery driver had knocked on the door which is not true, I was then told she made attempt to call me again this is not the case as I received no calls, no evidence of phone calls was ever shown to me. I then called once again and was directed to Toba who informed me that he was unable to contact the store manager as well the delivery driver. I was told having my items resent would mean an additional payment taken out and refunding the order will take 5 working days. I then decided to make contact with the CEO of Tescos Ken and had Vicky make contact with me, all that was provided was an apology which is pathetic! I will not be returning to any Tescos moving forward and suggest others do the same, seeing as they couldn’t care less about customers.

I would just like to thank Liz in the Mobile Department at the main Tesco's in Bury St. Edmunds for sorting my mobile out which I messed up. A case of "Every little helps", thanks again Liz, you're a star.

Hi this is a review for Tesco express on Burnham Lane I’ve been going there for a few years now great shop all the staff are very helpful and we have a laugh they are all willing to help very polite Long mate continue thanks to all the staff at the Burnham Lane branch thanks guys

I am a delivery saver customer and have used Tesco for years. I have always found the service excellent and the drivers very helpful and polite. If they do substitute a product it’s always for a more expensive product but for the cheaper price. I will continue to use Tesco. Susan

Tried a woosh delivery 3 times now today like last Saturday spent all day trying to get a slot without luck but coop had slots every time not worth bothering again will go straight to coop instead even though Tesco was our preferred shop. Would of given no star.

Tesco in amesbury needs to check the dates on things poor dates short dates I will not use Tesco as dates to close to sell by get to grips Tesco ASDA blows you out of the water and tell your staff not to be rude Tesco’s I a joke

Drivers are always helpful. Tonight the driver was new to home deliveries & a bit late. A text from Tesco advised me it would be. But my order still arrived within the time slot - 👏🏻 👍 delivered by a lovely Hungarian guy who was not familiar with the roads or adresses. I totally understand that. He thought his English was not good but it was a million times better than my Hungarian so I applaud him. Being elderly in a rural community & with difficulty walking & carrying anything weighty I find the service almost essential. Food may be cheaper from some other supermarkets BUT factor in a car journey & then it isn’t. Keep on it Tesco & pay your drivers well. They deserve it. They really really do 👏🏻

I have just installed my club card and have switched from asda to tesco as there is more choice what I would like to say is the tasamo coffee pod's are cheaper at Asda their 3 for £10

Regular, deliveries to my home, can't be faulted. The drivers, are always polite & friendly. Any problems, with your order, they rectify immediately. Had, delivery, today driver Toya. Lovely lady, helpful to make sure my order, was all there. 10/10 Everytime.

Over 40 years loyalty to Tesco but now find out it's not reciprocated. A TV lasting only just 18 months old has gone faulty and no replacement, no repair no full refund just partial and certainly not enough to buy another similar TV. Does Tesco care? Absolutely not. Couldn't care less. No customer loyalty whatsoever.

Staff at Tesco Ledbury are always friendly and helpful, recently served by Tracey and Sharon ( birds of a feather ) to name a few, sometimes shelves are empty, and soft seed brown bread rolls we buy on a regular basis suddenly discontinued but on the whole well stocked, could do with a bigger store in this ever growing town.

I was served by Bi Bi today and as always she was her happy smiley self. Rarely have any problems in Tesco if I do like when I forgot my debit card everyone was very helpful. Thanks Tesco.

First time doing a big shop, approx 36 ish items from Tesco. To be fair quality and shelf life were great as was the delivery driver. My complaint is that nothing was bagged. On the online request I did clearly state to have shopping bagged as currently recovering from bad back injury and would take forever to empty crates alone. Shopping came, to be fair the driver realised I had mobility problems and raised all the crates to help, and tried his best to help by holding up the crates for me. It took forever and I became anxious that I was taking too long. The driver at no time made me feel uncomfortable and was very nice. I would have thought with most covid restrictions stopped, bagging would be back in place. Looks like it's back to Iceland who continue to bag all shopping, adding a fee for the carrier bags. I'd have thought the very least they would have paid attention to the request I made.
