Over 40 years loyalty to Tesco but now find out it's not reciprocated. A TV lasting only just 18 months old has gone faulty and no replacement, no repair no full refund just partial and certainly not enough to buy another similar TV. Does Tesco care? Absolutely not. Couldn't care less. No customer loyalty whatsoever.

Staff at Tesco Ledbury are always friendly and helpful, recently served by Tracey and Sharon ( birds of a feather ) to name a few, sometimes shelves are empty, and soft seed brown bread rolls we buy on a regular basis suddenly discontinued but on the whole well stocked, could do with a bigger store in this ever growing town.

First time doing a big shop, approx 36 ish items from Tesco. To be fair quality and shelf life were great as was the delivery driver. My complaint is that nothing was bagged. On the online request I did clearly state to have shopping bagged as currently recovering from bad back injury and would take forever to empty crates alone. Shopping came, to be fair the driver realised I had mobility problems and raised all the crates to help, and tried his best to help by holding up the crates for me. It took forever and I became anxious that I was taking too long. The driver at no time made me feel uncomfortable and was very nice. I would have thought with most covid restrictions stopped, bagging would be back in place. Looks like it's back to Iceland who continue to bag all shopping, adding a fee for the carrier bags. I'd have thought the very least they would have paid attention to the request I made.

Tesco needs to change the delivery policy. Even we still have covid no one wears mask or keeps distances even the government measures are loosen. So tesco needs to go back in the pre covid period delivery policy and delivery to door not to the main gate. Especially the vulnerable people and give the drivers more than 4 min delivery time especially if the order is 5 full baskets, you are on your own, you live in the 5th floor and the lift is broken how can you make it? I wish but I cant teleport yet sorry.

Sadly customer service virtually non existent now. When finally got to speak to a human at head office to make a complaint, phone was put down on me. Returned faulty goods to store, told someone would ring from head office, no contact from anyone. Very disappointed always used to rate Tesco highly.

Tesco gift wrapping paper "Roll Wrap" is horrible as a slight touch of it the under white colour shows up on the blue upper colour. It made the gift wrap looks ugly, tired, tarnished and trashy. It is horrible. Would quality control check this out and stop selling it. It os so sad to give anyone a present wrap in this paper. I cannot attach two photos as they re in PDF format which is not supported by this review system. The present looks horribly cheap and nasty. I would be better off not wrapping it.

Scott (Eastbourne) delivery driver was extremely helpful and pleasant. We have had weekly deliveries for the last 2 years and have to say the drivers have been great. We have no problems with Tesco deliveries.

This is how the delivery driver, who came today behaved while delivering my tesco order. First of all men had a nasty attitude from the moment he came into my property from the start. Creating unnecessary dramas. Second of all using some reverse psychology stressing me out making it look as if its me thats the problem. If that is going to continue, I wont be spending money with tesco no more. I Will go asda or sainsbury instead. This is what happened: I waited all day at home for the evening delivery. Around 8pm I received a phone call saying, that he was downstairs and the intercom wasn't working. Rudely telling not asking for someone to come downstairs and pick up the delivery. As I live on the second floor with no lift at all. I politely mentioned I had back issue and cant lift a heavy things. As well adding up, that every delivery drivers always comes upstairs. Without any issues. He said Look main front door is downstairs. I don't need to come upstairs, when I am not COMFORTABLE. I WONT ARGUE WITH YOU ABOUT IT. I said no one here is arguing. There is no need to have an attitude about it. We only have a conversation. I don't live downstairs, but here. He then said if this is how it is I WONT BE COMING HERE NO MORE. Please train your people to be decent in customer service delivering food. Because this is ridiculous. I am having a relaxing day with a family for someone to come and act in such ways. If he does work and is paid by company, then he shall perform what he is paid for. Thank You, A L

Cold, cold, cold. Yes once again I got out of the shop as quickly as possible, far too cold. I have spoken to other shoppers and staff and they all agree. This is a cold shop. Too uncomfortable to spend much time there. Get the basics and get out. I am talking about Tesco supermarket in Telford, Shropshire.

Tesco's in Swansea, I love online shopping at Tesco’s I’ve never had a bad experience yet and I’ve shopped for years with them, I see people giving negative comments some was valid comments & some wasn’t,& the price increases etc unfortunately it’s the greedy government rising taxes & vat, fuel prices up more than they ever have, not Tesco’s,! every supermarket’s prices have gone up,! If it wasn’t for Tesco’s & other retailers that stayed open throughout covid 19 to help serve & deliver peoples shopping while other companies staff stayed home & kept themselves safe, Tesco’s staff put themselves & there families health at risk, to serve & help people get groceries to feed there families, I appreciate & applaud Tesco’s workers, 👏👏

The shopping simply did not arrive. No explanation was given. When I asked why it did not arrive, they made false claims over the phone to the effect that the driver had visited the address and was unable to get an answer at the door, even though I had waited by the door all night for them to deliver. It might take up to a week to receive a refund apparently. Avoid this company.

Tesco’s Own Lemon Curd: The entire contents of the jar I bought have just hit the bin -- my compost bin, and I hope the microbes will enjoy the ‘vibrancy and zing’. I’d rather waste my money than end of up with a stomach ache while Tesco aids and abets destruction of the environment with PALM OIL in more and more and MORE products. What is palm oil doing in a sugar and cornflour-based confiture? There’s no call for oil of any kind in any fruit preserve recipe I know. Palm oil isn’t fit for human consumption; and palm plantations are ruining our shared ecosystem, whether ‘sustainable’ or illegal. So, today, I’ve learnt yet another lesson in Tesco’s relentless drive to ‘fill’ ingredients lists with rubbish; and I’ll have to invest yet more time in reading labels as I inch my way along the aisles! (Will reading labels for ingredients at Sainsbury’s, Morrisons and Lidl prove less time-consuming?) ‘Tesco Lemon Curd: Real lemon juice. -- Add zing to your palm oil consumption’ !
