“Bec and Ellen were great and supportive throughout the whole process. And they answered all of my questions clearly. I would recommend, next time staff go on holiday, to set up an out of office - there was a period where I was emailing Ellen to no reply, but when she finally replied she said she had been on holiday. Otherwise, it was all good!”

“I love the Latin American culture, particularly in Costa Rica. The people are so lovely. I travelled to Costa Rica as an English teaching assistant. I stayed with a host family who couldn't have been nicer. I was basically part of there family for three weeks. On the weekends, I would use this to go travelling to places such as the vibrant town of Jaco and the beautiful scenic Manuel Antonio. I would highly recommend this trip.”

“It was an amazing experience! The only criticism that I have is, is that I didn't have a job when I was already in New Zealand. I would much rather had a job already before I left. Also the process of getting IRD for people from the states. If your verification doesn't work you pretty much have to do everything in person. She should know the steps, I feel like we were figuring it out together. Overall everything else was amazing I loved getting to know my person, response time was quick.”

“I loved my trip so much! Everything was super easy to get around. I was a little scared to travel alone but I had contacts for my partners in Costa Rica before I even left which made it less scary! I will definitely travel again with Global :)”

“I'm in week two of my eight weeks and it's been amazing! Kate was the absolute best with starting me off from the beginning, working with me the whole time by answering questions and keeping me on track. I would highly recommend using this organization and Kate especially to make your living abroad dreams come true! She still talks with me about how the trip is going and making sure everything is good. She's the best!”

“The transition to Australia was a bit daunting, but with the help of Global Work & Travel (especially Asti) it has gone so smoothly. I was able to meet some friends, who were in the same boat as me, on the first night to easy the blow of moving away from home. If it wasn't for Global Work & Travel, the transition would so much harder to do - I'm extremely grateful for all the help I have received over the last couple months to help my move to Australia. Thank you Global Work & Travel and thank you Asti!”

“Emma has been pretty great in assisting me with moving to Canada. I did have to chase a bit in regards to the things like my hostel, banking and initial things. With saying that, I know it's been hectic for her as I originally had Alice, then Bec. And now Emma. So I assume I got lost in the list. Her continual support after landing in Vancouver has been very appreciated and made my life a lot easier. Thanks Emma!”

“I could not have done any of this without the help of my amazing trip coordinator Bella. She was constantly there to help me In the months and weeks leading up to my departure and to put my mind at ease. In regards to after I arrived, Australia in and of itself is an amazing place and speaks for itself. I have no regrets other than not being able to have left sooner !”

“I was super excited to be Au-Pairing in Europe for the first time! The first 2 weeks with my host family were a bit rocky, I reached out to my trip coordinator and they gave me SUCH great advice. After taking their advice me and my host family have great communication and all parties are happy with our placement.”
