“Very very good!! The person I spoke to was so nice and friendly and answered all my questions perfectly :)”

“Exceptional service. Luke was friendly, relatable, and easy to talk to; as well, of course, informative. All the information provided was layed out in a very comprehensive way and very straight forward/factual not full of fluff. This was a super easy and quick process, my mind still doesn't want to believe that it's actually happening 😂 (which is why I rated four, not five stars; I'm still in a state of disbelief) Can't wait to see what avenues this trip opens up!”

Hello Chrystal, We're so happy you had such a great experience with Luke! He's one of our best Work & Travel Experts for a reason. It's natural to be in a bit of a state of disbelief after such a big decision. A huge congratulations for taking that plunge, and by now hopefully it feels a bit more real. We're certain that you're going to have an absolutely amazing trip!

“Really great. Everything was well explained and there was lots of opportunities to ask questions. When you book it is still flexible which is really useful. A super easy process.”

“Booked with global over 2 yrs ago, finally arrived here in gold coast today. Was worried about the cost of things at first and pressure to pay for certain things quickly, however today at orientation global has restored my faith a little and helped me with any questions i have had.”

Hello, We're sorry that you had that experience with Global originally and have felt uncomfortable with our service. At times it can seem as if we're being a little bit pushy. The only reason we are this way is that just like everything else in travel, everything is subject to availability. We know that for all of our travellers jumping on board sooner rather than later is in their best interests. We're glad that your orientation helped your view on us and we can promise from here it's only going to be good things. However, most importantly, welcome to Australia! We're sure you're going to have the most amazing time!
