“I used global work and travel to help me explore the world a bit more. My first trip which I'm doing now is a 2 year working trip in Canada and so far I have enjoyed my trip. Canada is full of history and a lot of amazing area to see for example while staying in Toronto I decided to go and see Niagara Falls which is a dream i always wanted. I think it definitely wise to choose global work and travel as they can help you with anything. Especially when it come to visa wise which my part was difficult but with there help it made it a lot easier to understand.”

“My trip has been amazing, the best experience of my life. I really enjoyed giving back to the world by doing volunteering. Winning the business class flights was insane, I still can't believe that happened! Such an amazing start to the trip. Nichola has been amazing and I couldn't have asked for a better coordinator, she is so nice and helpful, and she helped the process go so smoothly. I have told all my friends about global!”

“The global team were a great help. Aiding with visa application, flight booking and finding suitable jobs. All of which would have been more difficult without your guidance. My only main criticism is majority of global staff are based in Australia (or were in our experience) which means communication times from UK are delayed due to time differences. Having midweek phone calls at 23:00 at night to discuss progress. My only suggestion would be to refer British backpackers to London based coordinators to speed up reply times and reduce unsociable hour calls.”

“The safari conservation trip was an incredible experience! I ticked off so many things I wanted to do and see; from the Big 5 animals, to being hands on with a rhino procedure, to helping the children in school and so much more. Ellen made the planning process so much easier and was always happy to assist! Definitely a high quality experience I'd recommend for anyone to experience!”

“The trip has gone really smoothly thanks to the travel coordinator. Since Bella went off on maternity Hannah has really helped me to plan and organize my working holiday. I didn't know I would be booked in so quickly to a job, but I went and got a job nearly straight away! It's taken a lot of worries off my shoulders and it wouldn't be without everyone's help at team global!”

“I was a little worried that moving to a different country with my partner would get super complicated but Gobal provided us with so much help and info for our working holiday to Canada! We had a step by step visa guide that made that entire process super easy! When we were looking for jobs, our coordinator Tia helped answer any and all questions we had and put forward a bunch of job listings that suited our preferences! The help didn't stop once we reached Canada! We had an eSIM ready to go the second we touched down, all the details on where and how to obtain out SINs!”

“I did the Trunks & Tails Rescue and couldn't have had a better experience! The first two weeks at Rescue PAWS was such an amazing experience, the dogs are the sweetest and the staff are amazing and so helpful. Besides daily duties, us volunteers had a lot of freedom to spend time with the dogs in a way we felt was best suited to their needs. The volunteer house is in such a great location and there were just enough activities organised for us outside volunteering that really added to the experience, plus a lot of freedom to do what we wanted. Transport to the next location was all organised for us so we didn't have to worry. The next part which was Elephant Nature Park was such a good experience too, to see the new life that elephants are offered by the park after horrific abuse in their past, was such an important and eye opening experience. This work could be quite tough at times but the volunteer group and group leaders made it easier and enjoyable. I was supposed to spend the last week with the Karen Tribe however as I was the only volunteer this wasn't run. I was given the option to stay at ENP or to head off independently, either way ENP were there to support and included transportation. Calum was my Trip Coordinator and I couldn't praise him more. To keeping me informed about my trip and assuring me throughout. As this was my first solo travel experience and I was super nervous, the reassurance was always there. Going through Global Work and Travel lifted a lot of stress, as all the background stuff like flights, transport and accom was organised beforehand and I didn't have to worry. I couldn't recommend them more!”

“The trunks and tails rescue program was probably one of the best things I've ever done. Every day it was something new and I got to experience a different culture all whilst volunteering with such special causes. Feel incredibly lucky and privileged to have done this.”
