“Great communication from the start from Hannah and the team. One recommendation is that you should be able to give a deposit to get more information and not have to pay in full at the start to find out about the course. The airport pick up was smooth (from Liberia Airport, Costa Rica) and the accommodation suggested to us was right near the TEFL building for the course. The course itself was very informative but very long days from 10.30am to 7.30pm with a lot of grammar and preparation time needed for the lessons. You will be working outside these hours as well to get your lessons ready and to study. It was wonderful meeting people from all over the world and teaching a variety of classes from kids through to advanced. The communication with Global Work and Travel as well as Costa Rica TEFL was excellent (thanks so much Barb, Eleanor, Tonya and Courtney). A lot of support is given throughout the time there and a couple of lovely day trips on the weekend were included (eg Ziplining and a dolphin/turtle watching cruise. A wonderful experience overall.”

“I've had time with the trip coordinator team getting me ready for the trip. The people at the school have been amazing. Plus exploring Japan has been awesome! My trip coordinator had great communication and information to help guide me about my trip the whole time!”

“All in all was a smooth operation to get me from living in Australia to now on a working holiday in Canada. Emma my main point of contact was extremely helpful and always had easy to follow answers to any questions I might've had. “I had ample amounts of information through the planning journey and once I arrived and settled in. I liked that I had access and encouragement to communicate and ask as many questions as necessary; either via message or video chats. Jasmine seemed always available and ready with the answers while also delivering her genuine and kind personality making it feel like I wasn't talking to some stranger on the internet. Jasmine had a responsibility to help this run smoothly and make me feel confident in the directions and travel plans - she did this very well and I thank her so much for her time and support.”
