“My 80+ year old mother was looking to replace her 20 year old recliner, so we knew what we were looking for when visiting The Great American Home Store. She wanted a recliner that was a certain fabric and feel - and would not be too hard for her to operate. We met Joe when entering and he asked all the right questions that led us to the perfect furniture piece. She was delighted and Joe made my mother's shopping experience easy, fun and a smooth checking-out process. Joe was the best! Thanks, The Great American Home Store, for great service in our shopping experience and in the delivery as well! Will shop again at this location next time we need more furniture for our home!”

“our salesperson, Tracy Gibson, was excellent...not pushy and offered lots of suggestions for our new sofa. We actually purchased matching recliners also. Delivery was right on time, by very friendly and polite young men. we are repeat customers and will return when we want something.”

“We were so pleased with our experience at Great American. Denise Tansil was such a joy to work with. She listened to our needs and was a great help! We were surprised that the furniture came as quickly as it did. The guys who delivered called on their way. They were quick and efficient, yet they took time to make sure we were pleased. “My experience with The Great American Homestore has been wonderful! I walked around the showroom, found what I wanted and worked with a salesman who was very helpful. It was delivered the same week. One small spot on the couch upon receipt, but they came out right away to take care of that too. I highly recommend them!!”
