“My furniture was delivered a week late. I was promised some merchandise credit with the store but then customer service would never call me back. The day my furniture was delivered, I was given a delivery window of 2-5p.m. and then got called at 12:30 asking why I wasn't home to receive my delivery.”

“I first went to a discount furniture store that was so unprofessional. After I step foot in GAH, I knew that I would be treated better as a customer, and I was! Mr. Rick in the store was fabulous! He showed me every option which I appreciated. He was patient. But most of all, I got the furniture when they said I would and I kept getting reminders which were great. Also, the installers were professional and helpful. The store really lives up to its name... GREAT!!!”

“We really appreciate the help given to us by your salesman. I had written her name down to thank her but apparently the notepad got thrown away. The bed is to be used after hip surgery; but, it has already been a great addition to our home. We bought a leather couch several years ago from your company and still get compliments on it. The delivery people did a great job too. Thanks for the great service.”
