“First thing first, I order a sectional and decided to pick it up. Upon arriving at the warehouse very kind gentlemen assisted me , but unfortunately my sectional was broken and I couldn't pickup . This indeed was an inconvenience as the uhaul was picked up and paid for . I did speak with the manager of the store who assisted me with that inconvenience. NOW THE DELIVER GUYS WERE ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND THE REASON FOR SUCH RATING. They bring my sectional in and just sat it wherever and when I advised I would like to have on a certain wall. This guy had the audacity to tell me , " WELL YOU KNOW WE DO HAVE 1 MORE STOP AFTER YOU" I advised that had nothing to do with me.For something that would have taken less than 2mins and their JOB to place the furniture where I desired. At that point I wanted them out of my house. I do understand how constructing manifest work for deliveries. They had more than enough time to do their JOB. Just the fact of these guys delivering furniture in the future would definitely deter me from ordering additional furniture I was looking to purchase from AHS.”

“Working with Diane was easy. She was very helpful. The delivery team was efficient. I am very pleased with the furniture items. However, I must add that I was appalled at the treatment I received from an old Caucasian salesman who wanted to help me during my second visit while my sales rep, Diane, was at lunch. He did not listen to me. When he noticed that I read very close to small print he actually said, « Oh you can’t read that. I’ll show it to her ( my friend who was with me). » I am a retired school principal with 46 years of experience. I am near sighted , not stupid.”
