“We ordered the furniture in February 2022 and it was delivered in October 2022. Every month, we got a call to say it was delayed again. Delivery was relatively smooth, with the exception of the delivery guy wreaking of marijuana. (Seriously?! Couldn't wait until you were off work?) They put the furniture together and assured that it was working properly before they left. Overall, not the worst experience, but certainly not the best.”

“Denise was not giving us the high-pressure sales routine the last store we visited did with us. In fact, Denise took the time to listen to our needs and down-sold us what we needed as opposed to looking at her commission. She took the time to show us around the store to look for dressers that would work for us after deciding on the bed. We lost under-bed drawers with our new Tempurpedic bed. I felt more at ease working with Denise on this major purchase.”

“Nice showroom and nice sales staff. The bedframe we chose was poor overall quality. Knotted wood, stain over sanded residue, missing stain in spots.”

“It took 8 months for me to get my Funiture and every month they said it was coming it never did. Someone from management should have called me are at least offered me a discount but never did and when I asked for someone from management to call they never did.”

“Our salesman Zedric Macklin makes the experience so much easier. Each time we purchase furniture, we make sure he is around. The young delivery guys were quick and very personable. They moved expeditiously because it was raining but we were so satisfied with them as well”

“Sales people are always available & ate quick to offer assistance with all my encounters. They have been very helpful & honest when answering my questions. Always friendly! They seem to respect each other’s customers without showing any “attitude“ if I ask for a particular sales person! Keep up the good customer service!”
