“This was my first visit to the Great American Home store and that it is great!! I purchased a king mattress for the price of a queen,two tables a 3-pc wall set and a lamp. I recommend checking them out. You will love it!! Mr Allen William was my salesman. Sandra”

“Couch did not fit through my doorways. Not the delivery persons fault. However I was told by customer service that I had no other options and I would still owe a delivery fee. Not acceptable”

“Everything was great except the pick up.. Diane was excellent. Had to call three (3) times and ring bell to get someone to open pick up door. The dock worker needs an attitude adjustment. Didn't talk, smile and I had to help load my recliner.”

“The only problem was the wait time for the furniture. I know they have no control over the shipping container they have no control over the railways but everything that they were responsible for was great.”

“I really like shopping at your store. Communicate with the customers is key to repeat business make sure you talk to your customers even if it's not what they want to hear. The truth matters. I also want to say the delivery guys came today and they had everything I ordered. They were nice and professional the knew what they were doing in and out. Big hand for the delivery team. The delivery team restored my faith in this store.”

“Donna Chapman our salesperson at the Southaven MS store was awesome. She was kind and knowledgeable. She worked hard to get the items we wanted to us as soon as they were available. China at the service desk was also very friendly and helpful. My only complaint was on Jeff who was very rude and disrespectful to my wife when she was in to make a payment on our order. The delivery staff also did an excellent job.”
