“I am pleased to share that I was both pleasantly surprised and thoroughly pleased with our shopping experience. My husband and I were planning to purchase two mattresses. We left with two complete bedroom suites, plus the mattresses. Tracy was friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, AND patient. What took me over the top was the fact that we were in on Sunday and had our furniture on Friday. That is not typical post-Covid. Thank you, Tracy and Great American Homestore, for restoring my hope in good customer service and quality pieces.”

“My experience with Great American and our salesman Tony McGowan was wonderful he was very easy to talk too and didn’t try to oversell us at all gave us our space and let us decide. Very nice gentleman and a pleasure to work with. To top it off both delivery experience were wonderful as well. We will continue to do business with the The Great American Homestore. Thanks”

“Very unprofessional.. Salesman were rude and Unorganized… Financing was ran more than once. Was charged multiple times for delivery and my walls are scuffed .. I wasn’t satisfied. I wish I could’ve purchase from James at the Southaven location .. he was very polite and courteous .”

“One month after ordering I got a call from the store letting me know my order came in. Unfortunately my order had shipped to their other store in the area and I had a balance that must be paid before they could transfer my order to the store for pick up. I thought this was pretty silly that I was going to have to fix their problem before I could get my order? I told her to just cancel my order and refund my deposit to my credit card. She put me on hold and a nice manager came on that did not know details of why we were speaking. Told her my story and she seemed to be happy to get my order to the store to be picked up without me having to pay the balance first. I still don’t understand this policy and someone needs to look into it… Cheers,”

“The Experience was fine; however, the 4 month wait was not fun. We had to reset delivery dates. We understand that this cannot be controlled, but we did not expect the 4 month wait either.”
