“Mr. Wilikinson was very knowledgeable about recliners. I was looking to purchase an American made recliner, and he informed me of the recliners which were made in the USA. The recliner which I had chosen was not in stock at the Southaven location, but Mr. Wilkinson had the recliner delivered the following day from the Memphis location. Great customer service, and the recliner was delivered as promised!”

“J.J. was very helpful and friendly. She wasn't pushy and answered every question that we asked. She is the main reason we ended up buying from you guys. The two chairs we were looking at ended up being in stock but she had no problem checking anything we were looking at. “It's shopper freindly and the order was delivered, set up quickly and there was no drama. About what I purchased: I wish I'd known that the mattress was thicker than normal. Why would they keep adding without taking away from the foundation or thinning down the box springs? At this point it seems you still need the box springs but, one day we'll buy a new mattress and need a latter to get on. My husband is 6' tall and it's all he can do to get in bed at night. They should have full setups in the show room to be helpful.”
